Exceptional Stay at May De Ville – A Perfect Hanoi Experience!

I had a truly wonderful stay at May De Ville Hotel in Hanoi and cannot recommend it highly enough!

From the moment I arrived, the quality of service was outstanding. Every staff member was exceptionally kind, polite, and professional — especially Rosie. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and the housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work.

One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast bar — not only was the food delicious, fresh, and of high quality, but it also came with a stunning view overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake and the city skyline. Every morning, Rosie’s kind and professional presence made the experience even more delightful. She greeted guests with a warm smile, made sure everything was running smoothly, and added a personal touch that made breakfast feel truly special.

And speaking of location — it’s hard to beat. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance to shops, cafés, local street food, and many of Hanoi’s main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at May De Ville Hotel Luxury in Hanoi. The building itself is beautiful, and the restaurant offers a stunning view of the lake—an ideal spot to start or end your day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, the standout feature of this hotel is its incredible staff. They are genuinely friendly, kind, and attentive.

During our stay, my father experienced a medical episode on our third night. The hotel staff went above and beyond to support my parents, helping them extend their stay and providing heartfelt care and assistance throughout a difficult time.
