There is a magical place in the chaotic center of Hanoi. It's a small coffee shop where you enter and feel that you are in the right place, that nothing bad can happen to you here. You can stop to breathe, to rest after a long journey, write, organize your next trips, think, reflect, cry, laugh or simply relax while savoring a delicious coffee and encountering kindness and elegance beyond any imagination. I ended up here by coincidence, but I don't believe in coincidence, I'm more for synchronicities. The owner is called Hang, moon. my first morning in vietnam and on new year day! i stop here to try vietnamese coffee (hot). the woman behind the counter was just so sweet! she immediately prepared for me an excellent coffee while rushing me to the toilet i much needed. it was a quick interaction but her energy wasn’t unnoticed as i felt comfortable to try some vietnamese and we had a quick laugh. very good energy in here and without her asking like most establishments do, i actually WANTED to write a review. little bits of kindness and customer appreciation go such a long way. english, wifi, toilet, affordable good coffee, and sweet and attentive employee! happy new year lady! thank you for being open...

We were so parched and got tired of so many people and dirty street when we found this place, I mean it wasn't even popular that I intentionally looked for this place but WOW. I did not expect the quality of the egg coffee here! Also, the shop is kinda small but it doesn't feel stuffy, just feels very cosy sitting inside here. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of busy and smelly streets around it. When I was a little hesitant between cold&hot egg coffee, the owner lady very kindly explained how my experience would differ if I take either of them out.
