Terrible experience because of the staff. I had already transferred the money and showed them the transaction screen, but they took a screenshot before it had even fully loaded to “Transaction Successful.” Then, based on that incomplete screenshot, they contacted me claiming I hadn’t paid—without even bothering to double-check before reaching out. :)))

The message they sent me regarding a 2,000 VND difference looked exactly like a scam text (they even told me to transfer to a different bank account than the one printed on the shop’s QR code). I had to walk all the way back to the store, and when I arrived, all I got was a super casual “Oh, we checked again, and it’s all there now.”

Okay, fine, already absurd at this point. You checked and realized the payment was complete—yet didn’t even inform the customer? So I wasted my time walking back for no reason.

And to make it even more ridiculous, another staff member still insisted on seeing the transaction again, even after her colleague had confirmed everything was already paid. Are you just playing games with your customers? Then they argued, saying, “Well, when we took the screenshot, it looked like this, so the manager thought you hadn’t paid.” What?? You didn’t realize you were taking a screenshot before the screen even finished loading? You couldn’t wait 2 seconds for it to say “transaction successful,” check the amount, check the timestamp?

Saying all that with a straight face like it’s normal behavior??

I walked back under the sun for 20–30 minutes just to be told I hadn’t paid, only to be met with this kind of attitude? Absolutely unacceptable.

Trải nghiệm quá tệ vì nhân viên ở đây, tiền thì chuyển rồi, đưa giao dịch cho chụp thì không đợi màn hình load xong "giao dịch thành công" đã chụp đại, rồi căn cứ vào ảnh đó mà liên hệ bảo là khách chưa trả tiền, không thèm check lại trước khi liên lạc luôn :))) đọc tin nhắn trong giao dịch 2k mà nhân viên dùng để liên lạc với mình mà tưởng tn lừa đảo (bảo ck vào 1 stk khác với stk mà mình đã quét mã in ở quán), phải lội bộ quay lại quán thì nhân viên nói câu nhẹ tơn, "em kiểm tra lại đủ rồi ạ". Ok tới đây là đã thấy tức cười rồi:)) tưởng oke xong rồi, dù check lại rồi nhưng ko báo khách, làm mất thời gian tui lội lại, còn wow nữa là nhân viên khác thì vẫn cố lôi lại yêu cầu cho xem lại giao dịch dù chị nhân viên kia bảo đã kiểm tra đủ rồi:)) oke thoi, quay khách như trò đùa vậy hả? Còn cãi là "do lúc em chụp màn hình của chị thì thế này nên chị quản lý bảo là chị chưa trả tiền " bộ lúc chụp ko biết mình đang chụp cái gì à, đợi 2 giây cho nó load chuyển khoản thành công rồi check số tiền check giờ chuyển đúng ko đã chứ? Nói tỉnh bơ ngang ngang thấy lạ lùng ??? Phơi nắng lội ngược lại 20 - 30 phút để quay lại hỏi vì sao lại nói là chưa trả tiền mà nhận được thái độ đương...

If I could give a 0 star rating for this place, I would. It was a hot day in Hoi An and we had stopped by this place for gelato. We wanted to test different flavors to pick the one we preferred. Then the male staff here said we only could try one flavor after we had tried a few. There was no clear written policy about the amount of flavors one could have, or else we wouldn’t have asked to try it. Anyway, we still bought the gelato as we don’t believe in trying without paying.

The service WAS HORRIBLE! I felt bad for the girl working with him. She tried to be helpful and provide good service. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. 100% would NEVER come to this place again!

The manager should fire this male employee. He was so unnecessarily rude.

If you see this place, avoid it...

Tried two flavors: Vietnamese Coffee (9/10) and Chocolate (6.5/10).

Absolutely loved the Vietnamese Coffee — it was rich, robust, and full of depth. The texture was smooth and consistent, just like a proper gelato, which is definitely a plus.

The Chocolate, while decent, didn’t stand out as much — a bit underwhelming in comparison.

Unfortunately, pistachio was sold out. I’d love to come back and try that one along with the Vietnamese Coffee again.

Minus one star due to the seating area at the back of the shop — it was quite warm, as the air-conditioning is not working properly and there are no fans to help with ventilation.
