Wow from the first bite of that beef Banh mi I was sent right back to my childhood. My mum used to make the same type of beef in skewers and grilled on the oven. The flavour was amazing, the beef was bursting of flavour and freshness from that lemongrass and other herbs and the beef was super tender. I think I can tell I had the best banh mi so far and I had millions from everywhere around the country. Doesn’t even beat the one in Cabramatta. Great service. Keep it up. beyond excited to have had the banh mi from this joint - under new management it looks like, we tasted the beef and pork and they tasted like they were straight out of footscray. Pate was delicious.
