Royal Bank Plaza is a great south most entranceway to the PATH -- the underground pathway that runs from Union Station up through TD Centre, First Canadian Place and north the Hudson's Bay and Eaton Centre.

If you're on the subway line and need to jump off for a quick pickup at Starbucks, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, Godiva, MAC cosmetics or an Indigo, this is a great spot. You're in and out in minutes, or if you have the time, you can walk the PATH and find a ton of great options (McEwan for fantastic take home dishes, Purdy's for superb chocolates, L'Occitane for great hostess gifts and Nadege Patisserie because they have the best croissants in TO -- the apple streusel are delish as well).

But it all starts as soon as you come up the stairs from Union station and see the Starbucks on the left and Shoppers on the right. Stay at the underground level for all these things and more. And yes, there are RBC bank machines around the corner from the LCBO across from MAC Cosmetics.

If you've never been,...

Rbc branch service is very horrible . Went to branch at Sheppard and Mccowan to deposit a cheque Worst customer service . The cashier acted as a CRA offer asking questions about my check and account. They should not be asking these questions as some questions and act as a police officer and make the client feel like they are in a interrogation. Made me feel like a criminal to deposit my check that I have earned by doing hard work.

Update the Assistant branch manager called and was very rude and angry . Too sum up she said she does not care about me and they will not help me in deposit the cheque at this branch and I should look for another branch. Since then I have went to a different branch was about to access my funds right away without an issue.

Did a complaint to cooperate and they said they cannot do anything regarding this as each branch can do...

Absolutely infuriating customer experience. We're a business customer. We are withdrawing our business.

-3 months and no client cards -2 month delay on business CC -unable to login to online banking -can't call the branch directly, who set up the accounts to resolve -we updated the phone #s for the account...we're now being advised that it takes up to 7 days for the change to go through the system....THIS MEANS WE'RE LOCKED OUT OF ONLINE BANKING FOR 7 DAYS!!!!! Because the system doesn't have a # to send the security code to

This seems like such a simple issue yet creates huge issues with accounting delays. We are running a business and can't have this delay. We'll be looking for alternative banking providers and recommend other businesses...

This building represents the pinnacle of architectural excellence, standing as a magnificent beacon in the heart of downtown. Its awe-inspiring presence comes alive during sunrise, when its gold-infused glass panes capture and reflect the morning light in a breathtaking display. The building's sharp edges and metallic frames convey a sense of strength and precision, making it a striking addition to the cityscape. I consider myself fortunate to pass by this architectural marvel every morning. A drive along the Gardiner Expressway at dawn, especially with a loved one, offers an opportunity to experience its uplifting aura and sets the tone for a day filled with positive vibes.

“RBC, one of Canada’s so-called “Big 5” banks, has contributed $254bn to fossil fuel companies since the Paris Agreement, the global climate accord that came into force in 2016.” That is completely disgraceful. I’m disappointed by your corporate greed, but unfortunately, not surprised. What will you be doing to actually contribute to helping society going forward?
