What an incredible experience for my art-loving kids at the Fathom Stone Art Gallery, located on level 1 of the Westin Resort & Spa hotel.
During the stone carving class, Jon was incredibly patient, generously sharing his experience and many technical stone-carving techniques. He also had on hand all the equipment under the sun required to carve the desired details into the soap stone.

Jon was super patient as he explained the process to my kids and they loved every second of it. The class was meant to be 2 hours - the girls and I were so engrossed that we took closer to 4 hours, but Jon never once hurried us along.
