Relatively a new mall in KK overlooking the coastal line of the city and Pulau Gaya, it offers similar facilities and above average brands to shoppers and visitors alike. Like any other B+ mall in a big city, it offers the usual apparel departments, commercial pharmaceutical stores, franchise eateries and a cinema. The movement of the people is quite peculiar; the automatic staircases are not aligned together at all levels. Elevator service is below average. Lavatories are sufficiently well maintained. Easy access from the airport via public transports, Uber and Grab. It is within walking distance from my hotel.

Malls are awful, especially this one. I had a very experience because I could seat at restaurant, the main reason of that is because a bad manage of food stalls, There is no marketing strategy for this mall. It's just a huge mall where people walk without knowing where they go until seeing something they emotionally need. There is only one information center. No board. Very few toilettes. There is a huge part of the building with escalator climb up only. Need to go far away to go down stairs. Awful experience.

City center, located at seaside and the Jesselton jety. Many retail shops, cinema (golden screen cinema), arcade and foodchain restaurant and etc. Even there is a hotel next to it names Grandis hotel Can enjoy the sunset view at their foodcourt too at 3rd floor. Great seaview which u wont regret to have. But the food at their foodcourt just so so. But outside food is allowed to bring in. Or not u can visit grandis hotel. They had a skybar and piano lounge.

An all in 1 mall accessible in the center of kota kinabalu. It's a place close to many hotels in the area, especially for tourists. I like this best compared to other malls in the area, especially because of the foods and drinks offered on the ground floor. Enjoyed strolling at the mall(because it doesn't smell unlike others-- I'm not pertaining to a specific one, though😊... this is just my opinion) I'm sure to come back the next time I'm at the area.

Lots of shops & the mall is very alive. It’s just a stone throw away from the Jesselton Point. The mall is clean too & well-navigated so don’t worry about being lost & where to find the shops. The lower ground floor is full of restaurants & eateries. The ground floor is exclusively for clothes brands & accessories like bags & watches. There’s a broken escalator so I hope it’d be fixed soon. Definitely will come here again.
