Game Over Videogames — Attraction in Arlington

Most lousy customer service i have ever experienced. I went in for the first time excited about what kind of goodies i may find. While there was a lot of goodies too bad the employees there weren't too interested in their customers; there was a male red headed opie looking guy who was more concerned about Chinese food and a female who never once asked what i was interested in when i walked through the door. She was really into that console cleaning; wish the same could be said about her customer service. I will never ever step foot in that establishment again and for the people who reads this review trust me i am a gamer Lukie Games is the way to go. Its an online establishment and they are all about customer service. Awesome business. Game over is the perfect name for this business because its defintely game over for me ever returning there . I typically am somewhat forgiving when it comes to giving a business a second chance; this one will not be worth the effort. Its a shame because i see so much potential in this store. I don't see any potential in the two employees i came into contact with today. I have been in retail and management and these employees i would defintely send to a customer service workshop to brush up on how customers are supposed...

Ok i will admit at first was not satisfied with their return policy. Its different when you ask and someone explains how thier policy works. On this day we asked if we could bring back our items if it didnt work. The guy said yes with in 14 days.Well we drove 45 mins back home for our system not To work and to be told they do not give cash refunds once we called... we asked and the guy that rang us up did not go into detail. We drove back out in hopes they could fix it. The guy that checked us out was not there is was a woman. I could tell she didnt want to give our money back which i understand ive worked in retail 8 yrs. Policy is a policy for a reason. But we asked the holy question can we bring it back. In which the employee should go into detail if it mean not getting your money back. But she was amazing as much as i could tell she didnt want to do it she did she was amazing help. We dont want to piss anyone off and im very thankful the returning process went smoother than how we talked about on our 45 mins back. Great place i...

This place is pretty cool. If you need a game for the older consoles, this store will probably have it. You will be paying a little more than you think though. It seems like the base price for a lot of the games is $10, no matter what game it is, which isn't too bad, but that's about the cheapest the games are. Theres some that are $5 too, but only a handful. The employee there was nice (and she was pretty attractive too). The store itself is really neat, games are displayed nicely, and the store has a clean look to it. They also have a pretty cool back section with a few arcade machines (THEY HAD THE SIMPSONS ARCADE!!) and a display case with retro consoles, which I thought was awesome. I'd go back to this store because I didn't have a bad experience, I just wish the games would be a little cheaper, but hey, they gotta keep the lights on...
