BE WARNED!! I had a negative experience here due to the extensive attention that the booting company EPS was offering to my visit. Minimal signage offered by Shops Around Lenox management and a confusing layout means that shoppers may not have any idea as to whether there are even any rules to follow and where "Shops Around Lenox" actually starts and ends. I was honestly concerned for my own well being and ability to leave with my car unbooted, due to EPS's previous keen interest in booting people and take a profit from people's misunderstandings and inconveniences. I counted no less than four EPS employees prowling around watching to see if myself and other visitors would "walk off the lot", as is said in their commonly used defence which they use to validate to anyone why they do what they do. To Shops Around Lenox management, perhaps you'd consider charging for and enforcing parking in different ways? Unless perhaps you are keen to make a profit from this too? You'll notice from my photo that on the row of cars out the front of Ministry and Blow Dry Bar tonight (Feb 2nd 2018) that you don't have ANY parking signage. This is also where I noticed at least two bootings in the time that I was there. Perhaps these people didn't know any better and would have liked to know the rules in order to follow them?? I am always VERY happy to pay for good service, including parking. You have a beautiful shopping complex here but it's overshadowed by EPS being on site. They do not have a very good public reputation. I don't think it's fair that you take advantage of people's misfortunes in such a way where, when offered, the majority of people will always pay for parking. Would you be willing to reconsider your...

If you’re reading this, you probably just paid $75 to have a boot removed from your tire. Sadly, I didn’t read the reviews before shopping here either. As many before me have noted, signs are indeed on the posts warning you that parking is for current customers of Shops at Lenox and not mall customers. What is unclear is that even if you shop there and spend money in those stores and restaurants, the minute you cross the street to the mall, you will be booted. There is zero attempt to warn people that leaving the property will result in a $75 fine. This is not by accident, but by design. This is a profitable racket by the parking company. One however, that has just cost the stores there my future business. Too bad really because we had just dropped several hundred dollars at Born Baby. I had planned to be a regular customer until I found the boot. Now I will not be back. With all the attendants there with time to boot cars, there is surely a way to warn people at entry. But then again, it’s clear they don’t want to. The stores here were empty while we were shopping. Now I know why. If these stores want to stay in business, they should band together and demand better...

We decided to go to the Lenox Mall, not wanting to pay for Valet, we drove around trying to find. Convenient spot to park and walk to the mall. We decided on Shops Around Lenox was a good spot to park. However we had no idea we could not park here and walk to the mall. There are signs with the super small print that we neglected to read thoroughly. At first glance, it says reserved for Lenox guests only! The name of the company patrolling the parking lot is Empire Parking. Granted, we should have read the sign more carefully, but I think these people know exactly what they are doing. The signs are deceptive. And they know it! They make $75/ car and put a boot on your car until you pay! It's terrible how they sit and wait for you to park and watch you walk away and immediately boot you! There were multiple cars with boots around us. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT PARK HERE. This is the first and last time we go to this mall, the Cumberland Mall is way...

Tiara Brittne,Tiara Brittne,
Horrible booting people! Got here to work the Susan B Komen walk at 4am! All parking lots were blocked off except this one and they ended up giving me a boot! Security was sleep by the way when I got here! Boot guy said it wasn't securities responsibility to redirect traffic, but it was okay for him to be sleeping in the car while on duty not securing anything! Anything could have happened! He said because signs are up its not securites responsibility to let anyone know anything! So I guess its okay for security to slack here! Im done here! Mall just opened! Show up for a great cause and you still get penalized smh! Shame on you Shops around Lenox! I got back to my car around 11am and found a boot!
