I wish I could give 10 stars here! Our experience with Charter Sports at Beaver Creek was THE BEST equipment rental experience I have had, at home or abroad. We arrived the evening before our first ski day to pick up our reserved equipment. Arely and Chris were so knowledgeable and helpful. They were also friendly and personable after a long day working with skiers and boarders of all levels. Even if you are not staying at the Charter, jump on the free shuttle in Beaver Creek and rent your equipment here.P.S...... Very good service and friendly staff! Unfortunately my wife got food poisoning during our ski vacation here. We had both rented skis for 4-days and thought for sure it was going to go to waste. On our last day, we returned the gear and they asked us how the skiing went. My wife mentioned that she was only able to ski for 1 day and was too sick after that to do anymore. They immediately offered to refund my wife's other 3 days of rentals. We were very surprised since we had kept the equipment with us the whole time on the chance that she might feel well enough to go out. They were genuinely sympathetic and didn't ask any questions. After a lengthy day of air and ground travel, we finally arrived at The Charter at Beaver Creek. We wanted to start early on the slopes the next day, so we immediately went to Charter Sports to get our rental equipment which was booked in advance. They knew our sizes, weight and height, and had the skis and boots waiting for us. We tried on the boots, oops, a little too loose on the left foot. They brought a different pair, with letter perfect fit on both feet. They measured the ski height and poles and we left......and didn't have to come back for the next 6 days.
