Terrible experience here with the ski shop. I was having an issue on the mountain with a loose ski binding and brought them to this shop after an instructor suggestion. When I brought them in, the "lead" ski tech took a look at my skis and said the bindings were broken beyond repair. He then proceeded to parade the skis around to the younger ski techs and complain about how bad Black Crows are.
His suggested solution was to throw out the bindings and buy a ($350) replacement set and demo ($70) for the day. I told him I had only planned to ski a few more hours so would go to a shop closer to home. He suggested to not even have the next shop look at the bindings just throw them out. This sounded pretty fishy, and after taking them to another shop, they made a quick adjustment to fix the binding.
