Pretty incredible place. Traveled here from the east coast for my nephews wedding. Hotel and rooms were beautiful. The place has such a chill vibe to it and the staff at the front desk were great. Wendy checked us in and was very friendly and accommodating. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. The balcony faced right into the Beaver Creek village green space (where ice skating rink is in winter). Got to see live music right from my balcony and say hi to friends we new. Continental breakfast was great- bagels, pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, yogurt coffee, tea, etc. No hot food but perfect for our needs. The grounds are beautiful and the creek is right behind the hotel. My 3 year old loved it. We hung out at the indoor pool for a couple hours too. That was nice and relaxing. Only problem with the hotel, and I know this was originally just a ski resort, but it did get hit the week we were there in June and the rooms don't have air conditioning. However, the hotel has these things called swamp coolers you can request. They are like big fans that you poor water into its basin and the evaporated water and fan cool the air. Worked pretty well actually. It's not a mistake fan. As far as the village- we knew all of the restaurants, gift shops, and activities were going to be expensive, but it was something we prepared for months in advance. Most amazing ski vacation of our lives! We really did our research before coming here as well. Park Plaza was rated # 1 of 40 by Trip Advisor in Specialty Lodging in Beaver Creek! Their condo’s have been recently updated, including the bathrooms, showers, high speed Internet, smart TVs, kitchen and lots more this year!

You definitely enjoy, all of its finest when you stay here. It’s nestled among all of the best restaurants and shops.

We were booked at Stephen Moriarty's 3BR condo. The AirBB reservation got cancelled, we were never notified, and it was re-booked. We flew in from out of state and did not have a place to stay. We understand that mistakes happen, but this was not our fault because we received no communication. So we rolled with it, booked another place at almost triple the price, we're told by Stephen we'd get a refund on our deposit since the room was re-booked and the money was made. Stephan has went radio silent on our $900 deposit getting refunded, won't return texts, emails or calls. We think it's just flat out wrong that the room was re-booked at full rate and we received no refund after we were told we would, no notification, and no communication. Total scam. This should reflect on Park Plaza to keep higher standards for individuals that own condos there. I fully realize that this was an AirBB booking, but this is the type of people that are allowed to own condos at Park Plaza, so beware, ask questions, ask for communication.
