Had parked between this shop and the UPS Store for no more than 10 minutes today with my hazards on. (Reasoning, I had to drop 4x tires that were too heavy for me to lift.)

I completely understand I was in front of your shop. However, I wasn’t parked for very long. Again, less than 10 minutes. With that being said the store owner/ employee came out to very aggressively BANG on my passenger window roaring at me to move. IF, you had any respect for people in general you could have just knocked gently and asked me to move rather than roaring and making a scene outside your own shop. Reasoning I didn’t take off sooner: I felt extremely faint all of a sudden. (Recovering from the cold/ flu that most locals seem to have at the moment). Sat for two minutes and texted a friend to meet me in the gas station next door to you.

I live and work in town. I work with people on a daily basis and I understand we are all tired with Christmas being a busy week for us. All I ask is that you do not treat any local / tourist human or animal with such aggression.

I’m not scared too easily but you full on left me shaking in the car! Absolutely no need for your...

Don’t look any further for the best rental service in town. We rented pedal assisted bikes (e-bikes) here with an online reservation and it was HALF the cost of all the other shops. The bikes were new, powerful and so nice! The back of the shop literally backs up to the entirely paved, bike only trail that goes on for 20 some odd miles up by the Dillon reservoir, all the way to Frisco. Kelly helped us and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, equipped and confident to take the ride out. She was equally as helpful and cheery to every person that walked in while we were there (about 11 folks) and she gave great advice for local hikes and scenic places in the area. Overall, we had a GREAT customer service experience, and received excellent rentals at a superb price. We’ll definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to come - they beat all the others on price and quality and I suspect the same is true for winter gear. Go for it, you...

A terrible experience. We rented two sets of skis from this location but were not staying in town. We were driving back from Vail the day we needed to drop off the skis and called the morning of to ensure the shop would be open until 6 p.m. so we could get our skis back in time. We showed up at 5:30 and found it to be closed. Despite 15 employees sitting inside, we knocked and no one would look at us through the window. We eventually got someone to open the back door and were told they couldn't take our skis and to show up at 9 am the next day, likely paying an additional day. Of course we are flying out that morning so not sure how that is going to work. Terrible customer service, inflexible, poor quality equipment, especially ski boots. We will be losing toenails from how poorly they were fitted. Would never rent from them again and I hope no one else...

I dislike Rating this place so low. The bikes we rented were decent, although the battery and chain did fall off of one bike. The ride was superb, and the day was super fun. The complaints I have... we showed up with our reservations and waivers completed. There were 5 people ahead of us (group of 2 and another of 3). We waited 51 minutes before we were helped. There was only 1 person running the shop with no help. He himself was particularly slow in his duties, showing no sign of trying to hustle or get everyone going promptly. He did his job, but I found it ludicrous that it took nearly an hour to get bikes that were pre reserved. I have rented bikes in this town for years and never had this kind of service. If you don't mind, you can save a few dollars renting here. But you will get better service almost anywhere else

Had a broken spoke during my Colorado Trail Race ITT and rolled into Breckenridge Ski & Sport hoping for a miracle. Mike was juggling a full shop of rental customers but still went out of his way to help me out. He got my wheel trued up fast, made sure everything else was dialed, and had me back on trail in no time. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and just genuinely cares. Can’t say enough good things this kind of support means everything when you’re in the middle of a big ride. Thanks, Mike!
