Soupz On — Restaurant in Breckenridge

I've been lunching here for YEARS - and the service has ALWAYS been smiles, top notch and quick. The food has ALWAYS been consistently delicious and the best priced place to nab food in this resort town. Today, there was a gentleman who was very rude the the woman at the front window by trying to pay cash during a pandemic, asking them to pick ingredients out of soup that he didn't like, and then had the audacity to say "you're loud" with heavy negative connotation twice. The response to his demeanor was both deserved and professional, and a great reminder of why I am a fervent fan of this place. If you're thinking about eating here, you've already made a great decision, but you'll be missing out if you can't bring a modicum of respect. Cheers to those amazing souls creating the amazing food that I am so thankful for.

Update: 2022 - Just noticed I've been eating here for another two years, and still a SOLID place to get food. Love seeing the friendly faces, amazing prices, and TASTY food. The salad and sandwiches shouldn't be ignored either. Looking forward to the many meals I'll enjoy here in the future. Cheers Soupz On -...

So unfortunate. The new staff that works at this place has huge shoes to fill. I am used to a warm welcome and a “how can we help you today? or something similar. Today the shopping experience was unpleasant. Not only there was no customer in front of me, (strangely so), but my presence was totally ignored to the point that I had to call their attention. Worse of it, then I hear, “We were having a conversation” I should have left right that second. You could tell they were not happy to be working. 2 guys that looked like they had not taken a shower in some time, plus one if them was pouring a 32oz container of water into one of the soups that was already there. Honestly, that part doesn’t bother me much as the attitude and the lack of manners. The ladies that used to work there were super sweet and kind, always making sure you were acknowledged even during rush hour. The new lady even looked at me with disdain moving her head as if I was offended. With that kind of customer service I won’t be able to get my salads there...

Different hours same great food!!! Haven't been in a while sadly the hours they were open differed from my work hours. But today I see open until 6!! Omg! I've been craving the garden veg sammies and am so excited to eat one before heading on the bus back to Fairplay! What a great price for a small taco salad! Honestly the size doesn't feel like a small. Not just a lunch stop! Come grab some dinner too! The inside set is so nice as well. Same joyful service here and great tasting food! Don't ever change unless you can open up closer to my new home in Park Co. Lol. Love this place! ❤Best soup, sammies, and bread in town. The food always tastes so fresh. The menu is always adding different soups and salads to try. The sandwiches are very filling and the bread they use really makes it so yummy! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. It's so nice to come and order and they remember your name. Try to keep me away!...
