Miro Jewelers deserves a 5-star review! I got my engagement ring here and it was great pricing and quality work.

Details: I began my engagement search process with 3+ highly reputable jewelers in the Denver area before choosing Miro. I came to them with a very specific criteria and a designer engagement ring I wanted. They were quick to follow up on my requests and get a specific ring(s) in store to look at while also showing me x2 the amount of diamonds any other jewelry store could show. I gave them my 4Cs diamond criteria and they came through with a wide selection of diamonds to choose from within my budget. None of the SI1, SI2, poorly cut, or lack of colorless diamond nonsense other jewelers had tried to win me over on.

During this whole process I worked with Abby who was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She never pushed me any direction and respected my direction. Nadim, the owner, was also very willing to hold the diamond while I secured financing and waited for my payment. He even suggested I go with a less priced diamond for a better deal, a true display of his honesty, which is hard to find in the jewelry business! More so, Miro quoted me a much higher diamond quality and designer ring 20% less than any other jewelers. When I finalized my purchase I was a little mislead to find they were going to do a custom replication of the designer ring I picked (3 weeks start to finish). I was worried the custom design may lack marksmanship, side diamond weight, or quality considering the great price they had offered ($500 cheaper than designer). This designer ring was no easy task to recreate...After seeing and picking up the final product, I was very pleased they had created an identical ring to the designer. You would never know the difference from Gabriel New York (designer) vs. Miro custom....

I went 2 steps above and got the ring appraisal through an independent expert gemologist and the ring was valued 25% higher than what I paid. My expert gemologist said it was perfect in every way, no mistakes. or concerns. Buying the same ring at Jared or any other local jeweler would have been ridiculously overpriced.

Miro Jewelers earned my well regarded respect as one of the best priced, best diamond selection, and a higher quality Jeweler in the Denver area. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to save money without lacking quality on any jewelry. I will be buying my wedding band and sending others through their door. I can’t recommend these jewelers enough. They’re not like the typical chain jewelers. They’re local and family owned, and it definitely shows. The short recommendation is that they have remarkable prices on their jewelry, and they take care of you like you’re family. They went above and beyond twice for us. First, I had been emailing with Jenae about buying an engagement ring, and we had talked about the different diamonds. I came into their office to look at diamonds and the engagement ring. I looked at a bunch of options, but then I had made up my mind. I needed the ring that day as I wanted to propose on a trip we were leaving for the next day! Jenae was shocked! But she made it work! She got me set up and sent me on my way. They understand that guys aren’t always the best of planners and will try their best to make it work. Second, we went to them to get our wedding rings made. My mother had terminal cancer, and we had to push a rush delivery on the rings. I think we ordered the rings on a Saturday, and they said they could get them to us in 2 weeks. My fiancé and I flew back out to Dallas to take care of my mother, but her condition worsened quicker than we thought. We called Miro back on Wednesday and told them we needed the rings by that Friday, so we could get married that Saturday! It was crazy enough throwing a wedding together in 3 days, but they were able to rush the rings that much faster for us. Our wedding day came together perfectly, and I got to have my first dance with my mother. I’m so happy that it all came together the way that it did, and Miro was a major part in making that happen. Really not sure where to begin...so I'll start off by saying that I'm SO incredibly thankful for Sharon and the team at Miro.

Background: I unfortunately went through an extremely stressful situation; originally opting to buy my diamond from a wholesaler online and came to find out, my package was sadly lost by UPS. Being up against a tight timeline for my engagement (planned trip) and while also working with another local jeweler on a custom setting that was going to take 6-8+ weeks for completion, I came to find out that the ring I had prepared on, wasn't going to be completed in time.

As a last resort, I chose to call around and THANKFULLY landed on Miro's website. I gave Sharon a call, explaining my situation, and without a moment's hesitation she went right to work. Within a few hours she was able to source a beautiful diamond (so similar to the one I prev. purchased) and was able to take on the custom design for the setting as well. Finally, she ensured me that it would be completed in time for our trip and let me know everything would work out; without surprise, she was right. They completed everything within the proposed timeline, and it turned out AMAZING. I was honestly speechless just looking at it.

I can't begin to thank Sharon enough for her compassion, knowledge, and action. She truly made my future finances ring-wish come true.

I hope this situation never happens to anyone else and would always recommend giving Miro a call first. They're honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable - trust the professionals.
