Oh my god the worst service ever! My daughter (7) and I went to this terrible place to get manicures and pedicures for her and rebadge and pedicure for me I didn't get shellac or whatever just regular polish and my total was like 80 bucks! The technician who started my nails didn't use any nail polish remover she just started filing away the color which made the shape of my stiletto nails off. Then the person who finished didn't check to see if the nails were even since they completely ruined the shape she proceeded to polish messing the polish up I had clumped up polish and 3 days later a nail completely broken while twisting the top off of milk carton. They don't have a fee schedule up so you don't know what your paying for I assumed my total would've been around 60 at the most but $84 was very over priced for the service we received and to make matters worst I gave her $100 & she asked if I needed change? Umm yes if I want to give you a tip I will do so out of what change I have however you ALL even the one who did my baby girl did an awful job so no tips would be given. I have 1 tip hire ppl who really want to work on a Friday afternoon b/c my lady had homework to do the other lady had all 6-7 of her kids there and it was just a mess. I normally do not write reviews but, I feel the need to. This was my second visit and I went in for a 60 piece eyelash refill total. On my first visit my eyelash tech was John! He did a great job and pretty fast. My lashes looked great... so I decided after about 2 weeks I was going to head back and get a quick touch up as I had not lost a lot of lashes and wanted to keep them up! I called Friday afternoon to book my now second appt with john however, I was told that John was not working on Sunday and I was assured that ALL the other lash techs were just as good. So I decided to proceed and book the Sunday appt. for 1pm. I arrived at my appt about 5min early mind you I was not greeted just like the first time. I was just looked at. Once I stated I was there for a appt. They all talked amongst themselves I guess trying to decided who was going to fulfill my appt. I was then given to a young girl not sure of her name. She did a horrible job on my lashes and took sooooo long for a 60 piece refill. Again, my appt was at 1pm I did not walk out the door until 2:17pm!!!!! My first initial Appointment was not that long. However, I still thanked her and gave her a nice tip.

I will not be going back. I deserve to atleast be greeted like everyone else that walked through the door. I work hard for my money and I chose to patronize...

I'd give this place no stars if possible. My boyfriend brought me here to get a full set and a pedicure yesterday July 7th 2017. I went in with gel polish on my toes and the lady doing my pedicure instead of letting acetone soak it off filed and scraped until it was all off ruining the cuticles on almost all of my toes and causing me a fair amount of pain. Then I'm a rush to get me out they had another lady name ling do my full set while I was in the pedicure chair. She never asked me what shape I prefer my nails or anything of the sort. She proceeded to shape them all differently from each other and not even paint the full nail with the gel polish on any of them. The result is awful. I paid 105 dollars to get a gel pedicure and gel full set that doesn't even look like a professional did it. It looks like I went to a beauty school and had some girl who just learned try to do my nails. Not to mention she cut my cuticles on my ring finger so badly that I bled. I will never return and will absolutely NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. if I could get a refund I would.
