Virgin Islands Council on the Arts — Attraction in Charlotte Amalie

The Virgin Islands Council of the Arts has its office in the Downtown Charlotte Amalie a few Blocks away from The Touritz Lounge and Concierge and sits between the Frederik Lutheran Church (1789-1793) and Fort Christian (1671-1680). They are located in a white historical building that has a small garden. Once you walk through their doors, this government office is air conditioned comfortable and always has local art displayed on the walls and tables of the artists that they support.
