I have been buying fine jewelry from Max & Pash for over 20 years. They have a great selection, outstanding value & transparency in their business dealings. I have purchased name-brand jewelry, loose stones, custom-designed pieces & had adjustments & minor repairs expertly done by their team. My purchases have ranged from substantial pieces to tiny earrings, as well as items for my family & for friends. We have even purchased items sight-unseen when we aren't in St. Thomas, so my experience is based on more than a one-time purchase with them!
They really know their inventory (down to each piece & loose stone) & have helped me many times to find exactly what I have in mind and within my budget. They provide an appraisal each time. I still have, & love, the first tennis bracelet I bought from Lucky Jewelers over 20 years ago!
Max & Pash offer trust & respect to their customers & have earned mine in return. When I am staying on-island, they have even let me "test-drive" jewelry for a couple of days if I am undecided about a purchase. That's right, I wear it out of the store BEFORE buying it! That speaks volumes to me about their integrity.
Over the years, we have become friends, too. They always welcome me by name at their stores & I look forward to renewing our friendship each time we visit the island, whether or not I'm in the market for jewelery. Do yourself a favor & visit Lucky Jewelers when you are in St. Thomas! I whole-heartedly recommend...
Read moreUpdate - April 2025 Pash wrote a reply to my review in February of 2025 asking that I contact him and said in his reply that it was very important to him to correct the situation. I believe there was a delay in his response because the ring had been purchased under a different name and he could not find my name in their system. We did call him as he asked, and together came to an agreement that was very satisfactory. He was great to work with and my ring is now complete and more beautiful then it was before. Based on his response and actions, I would not hesitate to do additional business with Pash in the future. Thank you Pash!
In February 2024 this beautiful ring was purchased for our engagement. Within the first month a side diamond fell out. I took it to a local jeweler in Arizona and they replaced the diamond. Then in April a different stone fell out and I sent it back to Lucky’s for repair. They replaced the diamond and returned the ring. They assured me they had checked the ring for other loose stones and the prongs. In July, a 3rd stone fell out. I emailed Lucky’s twice and there has been no reply from them. The ring is now back at the local jeweler and they are recommending the side bands be re-built so they are able to hold the diamonds securely. I’m very disappointed in Lucky’s customer service and the quality of this...
Read moreI was planning a trip for my parents and asked where they wanted to go. Without hesitation my mom said she wanted to see Pash. In our family Pash is also known by Mr. Lucky from Lucky Jewelers. I asked my mom where else she would like to go and her response was that she did not care she just wanted to see Pash. My dad agreed as he absolutely loves visiting with Pash. So, our vacation was completely planned around going to Lucky Jewelers in St. Thomas! We have been to Lucky Jewelers several times and we are never disappointed. We love the selection and original pieces that are all gorgeous. Pash and his team take the time to actually talk to you and not at you to get an idea of what you are looking for or to determine what you might like that you had not thought of. Another reason that we also like to shop at Lucky Jewelers is that they are not high pressure. If you say no, that is not what I am looking for they do not put the pressure on to try to get you to buy it anyway. They really want you to be completely happy with your purchase and not have any regrets. Of course on this trip my mom and myself found some beautiful one of a kind pieces that we absolutely love. Thank you Pash and staff for another successful shopping trip and for seeing my mom and dad get excited about...
