Can’t say enough positive remarks about Sonny and his team at Palacio Jewelers! Our family visits the island every year so they’ve become like family to us. I just received a piece we ordered last month while there and it’s stunning. There’s a degree of trust you put into a jeweler to bring your vision to life and our expectations have been exceeded.

As an island with a lot of cruise ship tourism, it’s difficult to know who to trust. What I admire about Sonny and team is that their store isn’t on the main road in downtown Charlotte Amalie…their location is down one of the charming side streets and that’s a testament to how they don’t need to be in the flow of cruise vacationers to attract business. Their reputation for high quality jewelry, customer service and competitive pricing draws people in.

Highly recommend visiting Palacio to anyone visiting the island whether it’s while on a ship or staying the week. Looking forward to next March...

Went over and above as he recognised it was a significant investment, and unlike other stores who seemed more interested in a sale, he wanted what was right for us and was guiding us towards a cheaper option as opposed to a couple of more expensive options that we were interested in.

Not only did he undertake some extra work FOC he had my wife's jewellery cleaned as well.
