Ice Imports — Local services in Charlotte Amalie

We visited Ice Imports during our recent trip to St. Thomas, and we were blown away by the kindness and hospitality we received. While we were there, my 6-year-old accidentally knocked over a bowl of beautiful carved gemstone elephants, and unfortunately, many of them broke. The woman running the store was incredibly gracious and understanding about the situation. Despite the damage, she didn’t make us pay for a single item and was so warm and kind about it all.

Not only does Ice Imports offer a stunning selection of gems and unique pieces, but the customer service is truly top-notch. It's rare to find such genuine kindness and patience. We will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone visiting St. Thomas. Thank you again for making our experience...

It was so nice to go to a non-touristy store as a day visitor. It wasn’t hokey- rather it was full of wonderfully beautiful objects of nature: jewelry, rocks, minerals, crystals and oodles to look at. It’s tough to imagine leaving the place without some trinket. The visits was great- although… I’m “that guy”. I was showing my son a stack of magnets which I promptly knocked over and some shattered. The whole store turned and looked of course. But the staff were so nice and after I insisted I pay, they repeatedly declined. I met the owner who had just moved to St. Thomas from the states and she was just lovely. I would 100% go back...

There’s a little of everything mystical in this store including the vibes 🙏🏽. From the layout of the store to the energy of the gems , there’s authenticity in the crystals. The amethyst table will take you on a spiritual journey. There’s a wide range of gem stones to choose from. If you leave here empty handed you’ll definitely return.
