My husband and I first visited Eden Jewelers in 2011. We had amazing customer service that stayed with us over the years. During our cruise stop in St Thomas, we knew we had to return to extend our thanks and take a peek at their beautiful jewelry. We walked from the cruise ship into town and searched for them in their previous location. But when we got to the area we remembered, the building was closed. Such a disappointment! We gave up our hope of finding the shop and decided to browse stores on our way back to the ship. When suddenly. I saw the name "Eden" on a sign and felt the name sounded familiar. We entered the family owned business and were warmly greeted. As it turned out, it WAS the same shop that we purchased an incredible emerald and diamond tennis bracelet (back in 2011). We hadn't planned on purchasing any jewelry but couldn't resist the amazing prices and outstanding customer service. We were offered beverages, lunch, and had jewelry cleaned and repaired. Talk about feeling welcome! We purchased two beautiful petite bangle bracelets; one emerald and diamond, and the other all diamonds. They are so pretty! I plan to wear them daily, as they will go with anything I wear. We also traded in a pair of princess cut diamond earrings for a new larger pair of brilliant round diamonds. Simply gorgeous!

We couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience. The Eden family will be our only choice for jewelery. (We can even send in pieces that require repair). We highly recommend Eden Jewelers. If your in St Thomas and are looking for something new, or want to exchange your jewelery for a larger gem; Eden Jewelers should be your first stop. You will not feel pressured or rushed, but instead will feel as though you're a part of their family.

We were thrilled to return to St. Thomas last week and see Kanchan and Sunil at Eden Jewelers again. We first met them in 2013, and were able to make other purchases with them long distance over video chats. Working with them in person again in their new store was a true joy. And the pieces we left with were, of course, simply perfect.

I think Sunil has forgotten more technical information than most jewelers will ever know in the first place. His background in design and knowledge of exactly what makes a piece or stone special is the key. Sunil explains the fine points in a way that non gemologists can easily understand without feeling intimidated.

Kanchan has a way of understanding an individual’s style and what points are most important to them. She, like Sunil, is patient and tasteful. Kanchan wants a customer to wear and appreciate their jewelry. The pieces she suggests for me are stunning in their quality and style, and I would never hesitate to wear anything we have purchased every day. She is also helpful in establishing an overall plan to effectively place pieces together and give options to mix and match them. And work within the budget framework of the customer.

They have also built a staff that reflects the tone the owners have established: exceptional quality, beautiful styling, reasonable pricing, and attentive customer care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sunil and his jewelry! I recently purchased a diamond bracelet, an “ice” necklace, and a matching (ice) bracelet, and each piece is absolutely stunning. The quality is exceptional, the sparkle is unreal, and the craftsmanship is flawless. Every item feels luxurious and timeless.
