I don't even know what to say, we are so disappointed with this Hotel, I don't even know where to start , We have figured it out 3 days later after seeing the Hotel with dogs everywhere to start with the smell, this room must have had a dog in here right before we arrived as there is dog urine everywhere it smells so bad, it will make you sick, the first day I thought it would go away but nope it's still very pungent. 2 and this is so beyond is blood on the sheets and comforter, I have pictures of it all!! Then the roof must have had a water leak and the patch job in the bathroom where the black mold is coming through, the carpet is ripped everywhere an animal was trying to get out. We went to the front desk to let the man know he offered us another room said he had no kings available we went to check out that room and just as gross, I am so disappointed. We came here to have a family visit with my Son whom I haven't seen in 4 years and i can't even invite him to as we are embarrassed to let anyone know that this is the filth we are staying in! we pre booked 7 days here and this is so disgusting we have been trying to stay away as much as possible because it smells so bad. My wife is NOT Happy she has stayed at La Quinta's before and said they were never like this. This was a trip we have been looking forward to for a long time and this has put a damper on our vacation, I am not 1 to complain but this is just wrong. Also we haven't seen house keeping since we got here the first day so no none bloody sheets and there is no trash bags, towels any thing šŸ™ I have tried to not let this ruin our trip but it has definitely put a damper on it. I'm sorry for going on but this is just not Sanitary!! On day 3 of trying to stay in this filth, they came to clean the room, if you want to call it that, all they did was turn the bloody sheets and comforter upside down thinking I wouldn't see the nasty blood!!!! the smell was so disgusting!!! Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!!!

This was the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Booked two nights in advance. My son and I only stayed the first night because we had no other options. Left as soon as we could in the morning. Ruined our trip. No refund or discount given. Here's my full review: Bathroom of horrors: Pubic hair in tub along with what looked like bodily fluid, and maybe blood? Ceiling peeling, cracking, and growing mold. Dirty, old, and falling apart. Needless to say, we did not use the shower. Room: Overwhelming smell of urine as soon as we got to the 3rd floor. Stains all over carpet, patch work everwhere. The door handle and handle on the toilet both looked simi-broken. There are no screens in windows. Sheets were stained (I hope). Charge: No discount for the night we had to indore there. Couldn't give me any points back because "computer wouldn't let her." Paid $113 for the one night, and that's using my points. They charge you an additional $150 on top of the fee for a refundable deposit that takes up to two weeks to get back! Also, non-refundable $25 pet fee per night. Pool: Leaves and things floating in pool, gate locked, no one in the pool the whole time. Pool use is included in price, but didn’t get to use it. Building: Trash all up in the landacape and grass super long. Room keys/cards wouldn't open building side doors. Snack "market" off the side of the front desk. Old, hard candy. Prices were listed in the little room, so I corrected the front desk when they tried to overcharge me for it. They wouldn't take cash, so I said forget it. The only positive is that my dog had a good time, but she likes dirt and filth šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

1st and last time staying at La Quinta. The entrance to the hotel should have been a red flag. It was dirty and the materials (see photos attached) were never cleaned/moved the entire time we stayed as we later noticed. At the time though, I proceeded to check in due it being a holiday and no other hotels available. My 2nd red flag was when my room wouldn’t lock and we were switched to 3 different rooms,3 since the second room was not cleaned properly. We were trying to go to dinner and did not feel safe leaving our pets behind due to door not locking. Breakfast was a joke and little to no food in the mornings. I had to ask personnel to put out more food before the 9am service ended and so did a lot of other people. The staff seemed bothered by our requests. I was informed that Turndown service is only done after 4 days of staying there. Most hotels do so automatically when you leave for the day or upon request. Since we only stayed for 3 nights, our rooms were not cleaned/services once and we had to ask for additional towels/trash bags throughout our stay. Another thing to note is that our refrigerator did not cool and we had to throw away food items. The carpets in all areas were filthy and not vacuumed. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here with my two sons for 4 nights back in March. Upon arrival we got checked in to our room. We go upstairs to put our bags in the room before going to dinner and the first thing we notice is that the curtains are torn and the screen is missing. As we’re leaving to go to dinner I notify the front desk and they offer to change our room. When we returned, we were given a different room. As we prepared to go to bed, I turned on the heat because CO in March is still chilly. It’s blowing cold air right away but I figured it needed a minute to heat up.

We wake up the next morning and it’s still blowing cold air, like ice cold, and this was after I bumped it up to 80 something. We were freezing. Also, with the daylight I can see how dirty the room is. There were stains on the floor and what appeared to be blood splatter on the walls and more stains on the carpet. Nor did it look like it had been vacuumed. When we leave to go out for the day I let the front desk attendant know about the heat and she said she’d have maintenance check it out. When we get back that evening we go back to the room and I notice it’s still not warm. I go back to the desk and inquire about it and the same attendant was still there and told me maintenance didn’t have the part to fix it but doesn’t offer to move us. My oldest son and his girlfriend arrive to have dinner and play some games. While waiting for dinner to arrive, my youngest son happened to have been looking under the beds…they were on actual frames and not the normal platform type…and found a bunch of trash and food. Furthermore we noticed that the door to the hall had a good 1 1/2-2in gap at the bottom which would allow anyone outside to slide a phone or something underneath and potentially record or watch you. We complained yet again and were put in a third room. Mind you we had only been there 48 hours at this point.

They moved us again and this time to a different floor. Sadly it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke is was suffocating. I complained to the desk attendant about that and he said he’d look into it. We had to put towels down on the floor by the door because it was stinging up our room. This room was also filthy with stains, more blood splatter looking stains on the walls and some on the cabinetry in the bathroom, torn curtains and the screen was also torn and falling out.

Our room was never serviced while we were there. Trash was overflowing. There is a sign in the elevator clearly stating it’s a smoke free hotel but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. There were even stains or spills on the window seat in the hall by the elevator. The breakfast was a joke and parking was limited out front and dark around the side of the building overlooking the cinema. Overall probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few dumps before. Highly discourage anyone from...

I will simply never come here again and you shouldn't either. We got in Monday of this week and stayed still Friday. My mom checked out the rooms before we got there because we came to stay there in Colorado to get married closer to our family. She requested another room because ours was honestly just gross. My mom spent 30 minutes searching the empty rooms for one that was clean and set up nice enough for us to come back to after getting married. She requested they move us rooms and put us next to her and my aunt whom she paid for all the rooms for. They gave us the original dirty room that she requested we be moved from and they didn't bother to clean it anymore either. The room was so dirty that the floors looked stained with years of dirty and grime, as well as the couches. We had to go to target and get sheets and blankets for ourselves because the ones they had were stained, and had animal hair on them. The curtains were torn at the bottom (in every room!) And the ac at one point completely stopped working. When I requested that I needed help they said there was not much they could do and to try unplugging it.. I was luckily smart enough to find a reset switch yet the front desk didn't even bother to tell me was there (probably for lack of knowledge or pure laziness) I had ONE person at the front desk ACTUALLY help and she got most of the issues figured out. Sadly she couldn't get it all situation but I was glad she helped. Her name started with a D and she had colored red hair. She was a delight and was the only reason any of us even stayed after that. They also do not clean the rooms now and leave supplies outside of your door if you need anything else, which means if your neighbors need something and don't want to call down, they will just take your items and you have to go back and ask for more. They don't provide trash cans large enough for anything but 2 or 3 cups worth of trash and the whole room wa just simply TRASH. I will never return and hope no one else will waste their money either. Go across the street for $100 less and actually enjoy your stay somewhere.

All issues: Dirty beds Dirty sheets Son broke out in rash from the room Dirty bath tub and walls in bathroom No stopper in bath tub Stained couch Stained floors Broken bathroom door so it wouldn't lock No coffee machine Tore up/Stained curtains Ac broke Having to get new keys EVERY day because the lock was broken and sometimes it didn't didn't lock!! Paint chipping off Shower faucet loose and falling off Horrible customer service, most staff couldn't get anything right or help at all No clean towels and stuff dropped off unless requested every time and neighbors steal your stuff because it's left on the ground outside Broken pool lights so you can't go out after dark if you have...

I only stayed here because I had to. If you find dumpy comfortable, then this is the place for you.Ā  Seriously.Ā  If you have the option, stay somewhere else.Ā  I (and my co-workers) only stayed here because it is where our employer booked us.Ā  Otherwise, I would have left.

Upon arrival, two of my co-workers immediately had to change their rooms.Ā  One of the rooms had not been cleaned at all (sheets not changed, trash scattered about the room, bathroom not cleaned).Ā  The other room was apparently experiencing plumbing issues.

My room was just...dumpy.Ā  Despite the unappealing color and patterning of the actual carpet, the various white and brown stains on it were apparent.Ā  I had to pull one of the bed side stands a little further from the wall to plug my phone charger in, and quickly wish I hadn't.Ā  The back of the table, wall and floor had a nice thick pelt of dust and stuff that clearly had not been cleaned in months...maybe longer.Ā  The behind furniture spaces were like that throughout the room.Ā  There were small, but easily found stains on the sheets (all layers of them).Ā  The mattress was well worn to the point that you could easily see where people had formed permanent divots (which did their best to swallow me every night).Ā  Uncomfortable is as kind as I can describe the sleeping experience. The bathroom was the best looking part of the room, but who really knows?Ā  A few of the towels had permanent stains, and I just gave up and sat those aside.

I believe there were as many dogs in residence as humans during my week long stay.Ā  A room across from me had three of them.Ā  Finding a beer can or bottle...or two, by the elevator window in the mornings was a common occurrence.Ā  Any given time of day, the elevator randomly smelled of cigarette smoke, but it was in the evenings after dark when it was so thick with the smell of weed that someone may as well have been burning a blunt beside you. Breakfast was sparse, considering the price of the rooms and numerous other hotels chains in the same range that I've stayed out.Ā  Hot or cold beverages, three types of cold cereal, mini waffles, if you wanted, bread products and hard boiled eggs.Ā  At least the coffee was consistently good.

The main reason this isn't a one star is because the General Manager and all of the front desk staff were always very kind and pleasant people who actually seemed to care.Ā  It's like they were assigned to this run down hotel (that really needs a remodel; just do over) and there was nothing they could do about it, so may as well try to make...
