Read moreImportant to know this would be a 4-5 star review under normal circumstances. I have attended many concerts here and they have done a great job for the most part.
We attended the Alabama Concert 9-13. People were in our seats and the 2 ushers we told just threw their hands up in the air and said to sit in another area as it was not sold out. Interesting. But the biggest problem was the "special guest" Lee Greenwood never showed up...nor was there ANY mention of why???? He was a major reason I bought these tickets. I know we're not the only ones who were really disappointed by this. I have been on the phone several times and still have no explanation. Harveys, if you're lucky enough to actually be transferred to the property itself, keeps saying Ticketmaster has the info. This is completely false as a supervisor from ticketmaster just confirmed. They simply sell the tickets, only the hosting venue has that information. To be clear, we received no notice of this change to include email. Nor did other people we knew that attended the concert.
Really disappointed in not only the no show with zero explanation, but the complete lack of accountability. It's honestly pretty pathetic. We paid for two acts and got one with no explanation.
These are the kind of things that make patrons decide to think twice about continuing to...
Read moreWent here to see Janet Jackson Friday night. The traffic waasnt bad leaving from Sacramento at 5pm. Arrived at 7pm. Concert started around 830 and ended at 10. There was only 1 food truck. I should have gone early to the merchandise tent because they some out of almost everything before concert ended. The seating arrangement was good. The best seats are the bleachers directly in the middle or front side stage seats. Not in the middle everyone stands up and you can't see. The stage is small so outter end seats have to see the screen instead of the show. Self parking would have been the better option because at the end of the night the wait for valet was about 30mins and almost everyone in self parking was gone before we got our car. It was so many ppl waiting on their car. The walk from structure to event was short. I found an ID and turned it in to hotel and the guy said to me thanks for being honest. I don't know what that means. I assume he figured I would keep it since I'm black. But it was just an ID not a credit card or cash. So what would I want with an ID. Anyway had a great time seeing Janet. Oh not to many food options or any dietary options. And don't bring open or...
