My mom and her friends had come to this location on Wednesday (all retirees from Georgia) whom come down frequently every few months to their condo in Miramar. My mom was gifted a pandora bracelet a few years back and and had a few charms on and and 1 was not a pandora charm ( which she didn’t know), but she wanted to purchase 2 charms and wanted to get her bracelet cleaned as well. There was an African American lady ( who possibly was the manager) , that was extremely rude to her ( & loud) who proceeded to let my mom and everyone else in the store aware that she could Not clean or touch her bracelet because of the 1 charm that was not pandora. My mother, who was very polite and calm stated , if she could take that one off and clean it . The woman was very rude and disrespectful. My mom’s friends had already purchased their items and actually they were all upset about the situation. The white woman was very polite and my mom then asked her. The black woman , yelled, “ she cannot do anything without my permission!” The white woman then asked did I still want to look at the items that I wanted to purchase, which my mom said no thank you. Let me be very clear, I have purchased at least 5-10 pandora bracelets for friends. I myself have had mine for over 9 years and am a big Disney fan, so these charms are Not cheap. It is a way to speak to someone and handle customers in customer service. She obviously doesn’t understand that. I’m pretty sure this isn’t her first or last time doing that, and I just cannot imagine that she is an employee at pandora, because I’ve purchased charms everywhere and have never encountered this type of behavior.. Raphael was the gentleman who was helping us, he was very polite and nice. After asking to have the number to call corporate as we had questions, Shane came over with a huge attitude, slams the paper down in front of me and tells me to "put it on speaker so I can hear them tell you you're wrong." Meanwhile he wasn't even the person helping us so I'm not sure why he had a problem with us. After that he kept looking at us, smirking and sticking his thumb in the air at us. At one point he went in the back to take his name tag off so I wouldn't know his name. I will NEVER step foot back in Pandora. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and to be honest a complete ass. He kept looking at us from across the store and making snide comments towards my mother and I. I'm going to return the bracelet and buy from another company. I've never been so disrespected in any other store before. We will never purchase from Pandora again!!!! I felt so bad for my mom. Read moreI would give this store one star if this website properly showed the amount of NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. So I will be the singular two star review. After I witnessed the store manager, Yohanna, ban a customer after refusing to remove jewelry that she put on the customer. That customer BEGGED her to remove it because she couldn’t take it off herself, and then just offered to buy it if Yohanna wouldn’t remove it. Yohanna refused to make the sale and refused to take off the jewelry. So the customer was dumbfounded as to what to do because she was denied help. I just wanted to get out of there and made my purchase because the environment was so volatile in there. Yohanna told me she would give me a discount if I left her a positive review. Which makes a lot of sense because all the 5 star reviews sound the same on here. She asked me to make a statement as well against the confused customer and I simply said no and left.
