This used to be my favorite pizza place until today. The first thing I noticed is that they have changed the whole menu and don't served my favorite dishes there anymore only pies. I didn't care because I remember how good they used to be. My friend ordered two pies one with no meat whatsoever in it because of the diet restrictions, and the other one just cheese. When the pies arrived, he noticed that one of them has meat in it and let the server know that it has meat in it and that he asked with no meat. She goes to the kitchen to check what is going on. When she came back and let us know that the kitchen is backed up and that it will take awhile for a new one to be done. At that point we already finished the other pie and we really didn't wanted to wait for the other one because she mentioned that is going to take awhile and we were there for an hour already. So, we told them to take it off the account because none of us were going to eat it,or touch it. They said no because the pizza was already made and the only thing they can do for us is giving us a discount on that pie! I couldn't believe what I just heard and I asked to speak with the manager, or supervisor. She's goes to the back and the supervisor,or manager and didn't even bother to come out and talk to us about the situation. Instead she let the server charge us for the whole thing with no discount! I just left angry, and my friend still ended up paying for both pie, even thou we told them in the beginning that we have a diet restrictions. Poor customer service and the pies were burned with no flavor whatsoever! I wish it was back how it used to be with better customer service and better food quality!

Looking for good pizza on a Friday night. Didn't expect to find beyond great. Started with a Caesar salad that was crisp, with perfectly crunch croutons and just the right amount of dressing. The medium is very sharable. Moved onto the fries. As you can see from the picture they didn't last long. Maybe a bit heavy on the parsley but it didn't slow us down. Ordered the meatball ricotta large pie. It's huge. But it was so perfect. The crust is lightly crispy with a great body and almost flaky. Red sauce is a big winner and the other toppings are absolutely on par. Service was quick and seamless. Really couldn't have been better. Total win here. Even the reheated pizza was great.

Rocky Mountain Pizza delivered an outstanding dining experience that left us thoroughly impressed. The highlight was undoubtedly the garlic bread with mozzarella, which was insanely delicious and set the tone for the meal. The pizza itself was super tasty, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust that satisfied every bite. Pairing it with their lager beer on tap was a treat—the beer was refreshing and complemented the meal wonderfully. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, Rocky Mountain Pizza exceeded our expectations in every way, making it a must-visit for anyone craving delicious pizza and a great dining atmosphere.

Absolutely, positively one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We arrived at 7:30, place was full so we were given a table at the back of the restaurant which was fine. Young girl that sat us was very nice, so far fine. Ordered our food. An hour goes by and we need to get up and ask if our pizza is still coming (clearly at this point we were outta site outta mind for the gaggle of very young people ‘running’ this place). We were told ‘oh yours are next, 2 minutes’. Another 5, 10 minutes go by. One arrives (we had ordered 2). Waiting again, no other pizza. Get back up to talk to the clearly inexperienced staff to literally wait for the other one & to be sure someone was actually going to be kind enough to deliver this precious pizza that took at this point an hour and a half to arrive. Keep in mind there are no other diners except for a small party that sat down a good hour after us and got their pizza at the same time. Something clearly went wrong in the kitchen and when we let the staff know that we were not happy they were unbelievably rude. When they did bring out the second pizza the young girl said nothing and literally dropped down on the table and walked away. A minute or so later the same girl came back and slammed the bill on the table with emphasis & angrily. At this point it was almost 9 and suddenly we mattered to the staff because they wanted us out. If you are going to make us wait an hour and a half for pizza (again pretty much no other customers for the last hour we were there) and then expect us to wolf it down so you can leave on time? Wow. And there’s more. When we asked to speak to whoever was in charge it was met by the gang of young people (what it felt like at this point) with sneers and chuckles. Maybe 10ish minutes later one of the teens says ‘he’s just got out of the bathroom he’ll be there’. The absolute most inept ‘manager’ (again very young) had absolutely no idea how to talk to us. Whoever owns this place do yourself a favor and when you say you offer ‘family friendly’ dining like you do on your website you might want to explain what that means to your staff & you might want to invest any more time/money into having someone ‘running’ the place have at least the basics of customer service covered. After a frustrating, depressing dining experience there the ‘manager’ literally berated us with a sneer on his face and literally told us we were rude. Quite literally the absolute worst customer ‘service’ I have ever encountered. May be reaching out to the local chamber of commerce as well as the owner as it went beyond just bad service. It was insulting and would like to be sure the ‘manager’ ‘C’ is held accountable. All we set out to do was eat pizza & walked away with one of the most atrocious, demeaning customer service experiences of our lives. It unfortunately put a damper on our rare evening of getting to have dinner with family from out of town. Shame, shame. Whoever owns this place would be wise to do themselves a favor and maybe have a presence or at least hire someone who has any customer service experience as opposed to ‘C’ who has 0 aptitude to talk to customers. Horrifying. The people making the food seem to care as the pizza was good. But absolutely does not make up for the awful...

LONG WAIT, TREATED BADLY AND RUDE MANAGER/COOK!!!! We arrived at this restaurant at 6:40pm. We were told there was a 30 minute wait and we were willing to wait. We were seated at 7:25pm. We didn’t mind the wait. When we were seated we were asked if we would like a table with 2 seats and bench(made for 1 person but could possible for our 2 10 year olds), or we could sit at the window seat. Even though it meant we could really talk we sat at the window seat. We ordered drinks and food at 7:35pm. Waited and waited. The people who took the 2 chair bench table were sat 15 minutes after us. They received their pizza and ate it. It was the wrong pizza so a new one was made for them. They got the right pizza to go and were told that was on the house and their bill was discounted. At this point we had not even received any of our food.(we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 meatball and pepperoni). We asked our waitress if our food was lost as we had been waiting for 45 minutes. We were nice about it. The manger from the back came out, very defensive, and questioned us asking about our pizza. He claimed that it had only been 45 minutes and that is how long it takes. Then said our pizzas just went in and would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later our cheese pizza came out. Not our other pizza. In the mean time another table that had been there for only about 30 minutes was told sorry about the wait and to help themselves to drinks. They were apologizing several times to them. We, waiting for and hour and 10 minutes at this point were not offered any kind gestures. The waitress came out and said they made our pizza wrong, again and would be out soon. So after 1 and a half hours our pizza came out. The kids pizza was burnt. Our pizza was good but it was hard to enjoy after we were treated so badly. Even the children thought they were rude. I mentioned to the cashier that we had not been given a discount or offered and free drinks and we waited longer than anyone and they messed up our pizza 3 times. We don’t mind paying for our pizza and drinks but if you are going to offer discounts to others because of your mistakes, you should offer to others too! Very rude manager and even if it was good food we would not go back. It ruined our daughter getting ice cream at the parlor down the street after dinner. Very...
