My CP GVL experience was nothing less than incredible. First, we came in a group of 8 with moms and 11 year old daughters and tried on so many things ( and bought several) but the ladies were SO helpful, sweet and kind. I ended up buying a gown and got back to my hotel and noticed one dress was damaged and called the store at 5:55pm and asked if they would wait on me to get there but couldn’t get there til 605 or 610. we were leaving town the next morning and I wanted to be able to exchange my dress. They kindly said, of course, they would stay open and exchanged my dress no problem! They actually didn’t have my dress in stock in the size that I needed so they ended up calling another store and having it shipped directly to my home instead. The customer service was above and beyond and I am a fellow retail owner so I can say that it was certainly one of the best retail experiences I have had in recent years. Had the best shopping experience in a time yesterday at the Copper Penny. I had a few hours to kill while my other half was at a conference, and the fantastic sales associates catered to me for about 2 hours. The store has an incredible collection, so I tried on like literally 100 items and left with a VERY full bag! In addition to cute clothes for every occasion they had great jewelry and shoes. I also managed to find four deeply discounted items on the sales rack that I just loved. Tonja even played along when my hubby showed up right when I was checking out, by commenting what great deals I got and discretely handing me the bill😉 Love the store and cant wait to come back next...
