Centennial Nails — Attraction in Greenwood Village

While visiting Denver for work I wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I was in a hotel and didn't feel like driving and View Nails & Spa we're right down the street. Don't let the basic nail sign outside fool you, this place is amazing.

The employees are kind and are pleasant to have a conversation with. This business is clean and the atmosphere is calming. With the white walls and a pale green accent wall the calming environment makes getting your nails done a joy.

The pedicure chairs are comfortable and my back felt amazing. The bowls are a stunning jewel style which is great for all the younger girls who love to snap and IG.

While I don't have a photo of my toes (I don't like feet), I absolutely love how they turned out. My skin is so soft. My nails were taken care of and the paint job was amazing. My nails turned out much better then I thought and I couldn't be happier.

The only disappointing thing is I don't live in Denver. But I will be sure that I make the drive to get my nails done again but these...

These pictures were taken the day after I got my gel manicure done. Honestly, really not happy with this place. I got gel pedicure and manicure. My toes came out great, but the manicure is the downfall. She tried to do only one coat of color (extremely splotchy and saw my nail through it like swiss cheese) before I stopped her and asked for more coats of the color (She was totally fine moving on to the glitter and top coat as if the one coat was more than enough)... 2nd coat was some how just as bad. I then asked for a 3rd coat because it still look like swiss cheese. Only then did the lady that did my toes came over and made an effort to fix it. She got full coverage in one coat but the base layer was already so messed up that it was bumpy. They had no pride in their service because they felt totally fine charging me full price for a half-ass manicure. 7 days later and all my nails are chipped and broken. I do not do manual...

I chose this nail salon for the great reviews, so maybe my visit was an off day. I came in for acrylics. The nail color was the best part of it. The shape was off, despite my showing 4 inspo pics from their own reviews. The acrylic was extremely thick and not uniform on the nails. The nails were not similarly shaped upon closer inspection when I had them painted and could take a look at them more closely. Some longer and thinner, some rounder and shorter, so the length was off. 4 of my fingers were off in length from the opposite hand by more than 1/8th of an inch. I don't know if they do manicures, I asked about it but didn't get a reply, so went right in with the acrylics. The nails served their purpose for a wedding, but I had them removed by another business a few days after. They were busy and do seem popular, and appeared clean, but first impression getting simple acrylics here was not...
