i genuinely loved my experience. i was with claudia for 3 butterflies and a stamp with a sampaguita in it, each piece around 2x2 in size. in total, it took abt 2.5 hours from when she drew the pieces, put the stencils on, and finished the work. she was so helpful esp when i was unsure of sizing and placement, and was very patient with me when i kept wanting to change things. she was very kind and kept checking in on me. this wasn’t my first tattoo ever but it’s the first time ive gotten more than once at a time, and i thought id need more breaks or that she would, but we powered thru fr. like when i tell yall that claudia’s pressure, speed, and skill didn’t AT ALL get worse as we went on…. it’s like she has robot arms it was so good!

in my opinion, her pricing for my pieces was underselling herself bc even tho i thought they were simple pieces, i realized that the line work, shading, and overall skill and time needed was beyond what i imagined. for reference, the shop minimum is $100, but i won’t be disclosing how much i paid.

overall, her line work is so beautiful and so far i havent noticed any lines that would blow out in the future and it never felt like she went too deep into my skin.

im no tattoo expert, but as a customer, id 1000000% come back again.

in terms of the actual shop itself, i think the only thing that brought me any anxiety was that a lot of artists are close together with no walls covering them so i was able to see other ppl get tatted and they were able to see me. it didn’t bother me though bc my pieces were on my arm. i think theres a small separate room but when i was there it was only used for piercings so idk. also when ppl would walk back and forth by me, i could feel the floor moving with them, which therefore made me and claudia move with them 😭😭😭 to be fair tho, claudia seemed like she was used to it and it felt like she either paused or stabilized herself whenever that happened.

if u book w claudia ( WHICH I RECOMMEND SO HARD ) bring her some ruffles sour cream n onion chips bc i saw her munching...

I got 2 Flash Tattoos designed and tatt'd by Claro on April 27th, 2024. I'd been following his work since he started and I am so glad to finally get 2 pieces from him. I was super interested in the newish modern take of "Fine China Dinnerware." The shop staff was so welcoming and friendly. The paperwork was quick and easy. All the clients around me seemed to be having a good experience as well. Shop was very clean! I stayed till the end of the day (closing) and got to see all the artists tidy up their areas. It was thorough and pristine. This was a stand out quality, given we are still in the panini period (pandemic).

Working with Claro was awesome, start to finish! I never felt rushed, especially with the outline placement. He gave me plenty of time to give it a good look, and make sure I was happy with where it was placed. He even offered to redo it if it needed to be moved, but I trusted his eye cause it's so hard to see from my perspective.

It wasn't my first tattoo but it had been a couple years so I was initially a little nervous. Claro made me feel comfortable by sharing with me whatever he was doing, if he moved on to something else and explained why it was being done etc. He walked me through detailed step by step aftercare (even if I had already had tattoos - there are always new tips and tricks so make sure you pay attention).

I'm so happy with how my tattoos turned out! I didn't realize that Claro's flash selection was extremely limited, aka ONE and DONE, so that was extra special to learn. Once you pick it, no one else can get it. As a blind box girlie who collects vinyl toys, this also was a cool perk.

Just an incredible place with a welcoming atmosphere. From the manager to the artists, we were made to feel at home from the beginning of the experience on through to the end. We absolutely will be coming back, and without a doubt recommend this place for your body art needs! UPDATE: My wife and I returned to 7 Souls, and she got another piercing done professionally and beautifully, and I got a large, incredibly beautiful tattoo spanning most of my arm. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the place, the artist, the manager, and my unbelievable tattoo! I sat in this place for 2 days and felt like I was among longtime friends of mine. None of the pretentious, we're-so-cool attitudes that infest many tattoo shops, and have kept me out of them before. Very cool people who care about their product, and care about you. So much so, that I watched one of the artists gracefully and respectfully turn down a quick buck on a couple who wanted matching tattoos, because he had a hunch they'd be going on vacation. He informed them of the need to stay out of the water for 3-4 weeks, and they were so grateful for this, because they actually were going on vacation.
