DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! Horrible selling experience ever! Let's start by pointing out that no one greets you when you come into the store except for the security guard, who is probably the only nice person. This was my second visit to the store and it will definitely be my last. On my first visit here, there were other people before me, so I had to wait for for a long time due to the afternoon rush. In addition, I didn't get much ($7) for my clothing, which included a lot of new items with the price tags. When I came back my second time, I came early at opening 11am thinking I wouldn't have to wait as long as I did the first time. A worker by the name of Isaiah G took my information as I was the fourth customer in line, and I asked him what the estimated waiting time was. He said 1-2 hrs, that I should receive a call when I’m ready. 3 o’clock hits and 4 hours have passed and I have not heard from anyone, so I went into the store to see if I had been called by anyone. I walk to the front desk to ask if my items have been completed, that no one has called me, and I've been waiting for hours. A woman with a brown bob and bangs rudely looked at me and asked for my number. The girl went and grabbed the boy (Isaiah) who was helping me from the back while he took a lunch but nothing was done in the hours that passed. As a result, he went through my items quickly and gave me an estimate of $.80 out of the five bags I had brought. What I don't understand is why my time was wasted for four hours for the items to not be thoroughly checked? A team of 5 to 7 employees worked, but nothing was done with my items, no phone call was made, and time was wasted to get $.80. So unprofessional, and such a rip off. I was better off at going to Goodwill. Which from now on I WIll. Your customer service is not up to...

I’ve tried selling my things three times here, and this is the last time I will ever come back. The first time, they didn’t take a bunch of my items because the guy told me that they didn’t carry a lot of vintage stuff, but he told me to come back in a couple weeks because that’s when they were getting a new vintage rack.

I came back, dropped off my stuff at noon And told the person working behind the desk that I needed them by 6 o’clock at the latest because I had an event at seven. She assured me that it that was no problem and that she would get to it way before 6 o’clock. She told me 3 pm. Of course, as you can imagine not only were they not done by 3 PM but they were not even done by six. When I called to ask her what the status was because I had to go to my event, a guy answered the phone was super rude and said that they never “promise times” for things to be done. I told him I didn’t want myself donated, so I had to drive all way back out there to pick up the stuff that they didn’t even go through.

I came back today, once again dropped off my stuff at noon and the girl working said that my stuff would be done in an hour and a half. Five hours later, I call and the guy tells me oh yeah we got your stuff done an hour ago. they NEVER call you to tell you when you’re ready to pick up your stuff.

Then the guy tells me that they want to take 17 of my items, but he only wants to pay me $38. They are paying you 10 CENTS for an item of clothing?? Lmao I could not believe it. I had a bebe bag, a Dooney and Bourke bag, this condition pair of suede Levi knee-high boots, coach shoes, plus more and you want to pay me less than 40 for all of that??

This place is a joke. It’s run poorly and the workers are rude and always seem like they...

These people does not have proper customer service, they have poor manners & don’t speak when you enter the store. The girl with curly brunette hair gave me attitude, was speaking her mind & going back & forward with customers(me). This is the 2nd time I’ve been to 2nd street & they gave me attitude! The store always smell very old btw like it’s filled with goodwill clothing. But I’ll no longer go here! They lowball you then sell the items you sold for much more! They didn’t take my balenciaga track runners after I called them beforehand. I stated what type of balenciagas I had & condition. I even asked if they’re taking them in general due to the controversy around the balenciaga fashion house. I get up there to the store just for them to turn me around cause I forgot my ID. I get home & back to the store within 8mins! They tell me they won’t buy balenciagas because they had no box! I asked her “since when” cause they buy shoes without the box! So I recommend anyone, goto wasteland if you want to sale your items! 2nd street is NOT IT! They have 2nd hand attitudes & they don’t even care to look customers in the eyes! This place needs to be shut down immediately! Some of the workers seemed to be high off some substance! I know when someone is...
