My friend paid pver 300 dollars as signed up over phone once she found out and called them. the owner told her the rate of a 100 was a promo for 1st 100 people. he never offered her a free pass to try , however he told her, which was misleading, that the baths would be available all over the place as far as locations and throughout the day. The only reliable location available at the time turned out to be at venice , which she only made it 5 times to be there. Admittedn she was accomodated by assistant to baths , with superior care. But the Water was stale the last 2 timea and experience wasnt great. The baths at an event she went to (as part of the 5 visits altogether she was able to make ) was way cleaner and fresher. My friend stopped paying as lack of locations wasnt working out for her ; despite the owner" s demand to pay an extra month to give time to cancel, she didnt pay more than she used. They also added tax on purchase. She requested recently a free try as she wanted to rejoin as she kept getting emails stating they had expanded. When she requested and scheduled the free bath, she received a cancel notion and a person called her to discuss why she wasnt happy before and telling her she wasnt eligible for free bath. However , she had responded to the invitation in her email, and explained, which now they were wasting her time. They wanted to follow up with her with more talk as to what was the reason she canceled originally even she had explained already. At the end , she had no more time to explain. She felt paying 300 for 5 baths originally was way too steep and lack of locations at the time had limited her options to do more baths. . She asked if 20 per bath was still available to which she was told they could discuss in person. Due to lack of time and trying to recover her health, she had no more ability to keep discussing as her goal was to get a bath at the time and possibly start all over. Last 2 Baths she did with them, the water was stale and that is another thing she wanted to fugure out if had improved before she may be sign up again. She also was not ever told that she would have to give a month notice to cancel when she signed up , and owner was not happy about it but it was his fault and he tried to blackmail her which is weird having in mind the tyoe of business he is in. When she sighed up, It was done over the phone and she paid that same day over the phone. This was 2023. she tried to get a free bath 2024 summer. They re a good place and good people and they seem to have become more clear on their policies , however they should also be more fleixible as to honoring a free bath they have sent an inviation for to a former member, rather than cancel and suggest to talk more and in detail. Hope this helps...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve had many recent poor experiences, but have also had many amazing experiences. For people looking for a budget friendly, convenient contrast therapy company with a great community of people and are looking to support a local entrepreneur, than this is your place. The amenities are nice, there is optionality in locations, and the crowds are small. However, my main pet peeve is that this is a place that lacks consistency. Often, the sauna and / or cold plunge are not working, which makes the convenience and budget factor irrelevant as you end up paying for a service that does not work. I think this a Company that has expanded too quickly and lacks quality control and appeasing their current customers. Overall a positive experience here but when you pay a premium for a service, you expect facilities to be working almost all the time and this is not...
