Normally I have zero issue here and find the shopping experience/staff easy and fun. However, I had someone at the register today (Yastiny) who made the experience uncomfortable and less than pleasant. She gave me serious attitude, and made inappropriately uncomfortable and snide remarks regarding the number of Nordstrom notes on my momâs Nordstrom account. Even her coworker next to her made a remark to Yastiny about controlling her anger & attitude, which only made Yastiny even more unpleasant to deal with. I know that consumer-facing roles can be really tough during the holidays, but none of that warrants the highly uncomfortable environment that she created. Beyond just the attitude and remarks, she did a horrible job bagging 3 glass VERY fragile vases I purchased. I try to be understanding of individuals working in retail because I know people can be super annoying to work withâŠbut I 10/10 will be avoiding her register in the future...
   Read moreI went to this location on a Friday around 2 to 2 30 pm, because I bought a wallet online, that in less than a month was unstitched. As I was wearing it, I did not kept the tags. So the manager in that store told me that they couldn't do anything for me.. because i did not keep the tag. Then I called Nordstrom Rack and spoke with an awesome Agent, that found a solution that made me happy: replace my item for a new one. The willingness for this Agent to make things right and try to find a solution, is the attitude that the Manager at Nordstrom Rack Midtown Miami should have. And it's not that difficult its just a matter of possessing some customer service skills which if you are a store manager you MUST have those... And be willing TO HELP, TO FIND A SOLUTION, TO MAKE A CLIENT HAPPY.    Read moreI had the worst experience at this store. Upon entering the store i was followed by a staff worker and I didnât realize until I got to the menâs section. I grabbed an item and was looking at it and thatâs when I realized i was being followed by the worker. I went to the menâs shoes area and confronted the worker and asked why she was following me and taking pictures of me. She said it was because I looked like I was going to steal. I was put in immediate discomfort and felt horrified with what I just heard. I was really bothered by the fact that I was being followed during my experience in the store, being stereotyped and told that I was going to steal a item worth 10 dollars. I took my complaints to the register and they were nice enough to offer me an apology but a very insincere one.
