Pirate's Watch Adventure Golf — Attraction in Myrtle Beach

Hey all, names James. Owner saw the negative reviews and brought me in. Trying to get this course up and running right. Working on cleaning the course up and making it great again. Right now we have the front 18 open and water running and Im trying to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. This course under old management was never taken care of. It is my goal to make your play enjoyable. I am right now in the midst of trying to open the back 18. Unfortunatley we come across problems from past misuse. So, I want to say that to all the negative comments, please come back and try again. Im there daily till around 12. Leave us feedback. Let us know what and where we can make improvements. Just dont write us off for good. Im taking this course under my wing and hope to not only have it up and running but to also make it better. Feedback helps with this. Positive: This mini golf was decent for the price. Kids enjoyed it. Negative: Man on staff was not friendly at all. No customer service skills. His only words were, 'it's $25'. Also, when leaving an returning our putt sticks, I was trying to let him know that we found a putt stick on the grounds and was being kind by bringing it up front. He was too busy on his phone to even look up to acknowledge that I was speaking to him. Never thanked us for coming, have a good evening, nothing. Never looked up from his phone at all, even with me and my family standing right in front of him. So rude. Will not be back. If you can't appreciate and acknowledge your customers, then you will loose business and your doors will eventually have to shut down. I'm a local and would've possibly come more often to your mini golf, but with very poor unfriendly customer service, this is not a place that deserves...

Had a WONDERFUL time playing putt putt here. The gentleman who was working there was super kind and friendly and sent us off to play. My family and I were in Myrtle for a week and played putt putt every night, and this place was our favorite. It wasn’t busy at all so the 6 of us had no pressure to hurry while playing so we had a great time having fun with lots of laughs and zero worries. The course was awesome with water on almost every hole. The whole putt putt course was surrounded by a giant waterfall/lazy river and it was definitely the coolest course that had water involved. From putting over a little green bridge to putting on a pirate ship to putting on a lighthouse, to putting down long, winding greens, the experience was great and highly highly recommend everyone to go here.
