Got different information from three different reps. They don't seem to be properly informed. Bought a consecutive two day Gray line, hop on hop off, ticket only to find out halfway through the first day that they would not be running on the next day(veterans day). How were we supposed to get around to the various attractions which we had tickets for, impossible to do in one day. We would not have purchased the package had we been informed of this fact. When we complained we were told they would let us use it on the Sunday but we were all leaving Sunday morning. It took us the first 30 minutes to set up the parking app, so paid $16 to get to the visitor center and back to the car. The Visitor Center’s mission is clearly to drive business to the vendors. You can book all the expensive tours and venues right at the desk. If you’re looking for the real Nashville beyond getting your Instagram fill at the clubs along Broadway, save the $16. Might try asking Google for categories that interest you, or ask someone on the street who isn’t wearing cutoffs and cowboy boots (those are...
