Five stars for the Nashville Visitors Center. The staff was not only friendly, but knew how to read the room — they gave me the classic “tourist welcome” at first, but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to dig into local culture, they pivoted right into insider-guide mode. I run a CVB and visitors center myself, and they were gracious enough to let me take photos for layout inspiration. The displays are adorable, the visitor materials are well-organized, and the space strikes a perfect balance between rack cards, local trinkets, and gift-worthy clothing. The whole facility is spotless, easy to navigate, and run by a team that genuinely cares about making your visit great. Top-notch experience from start to finish.

The visitor center is awesome! It became a central point for many parts of our weekend in Nashville. Free, clean bathrooms. Air conditioning. Sometimes had live music playing. Charging station. We also took the free walking tour with Wes and it was AWESOME. He gave us lots of history and helpful information on our 1.5 hour walk through the city. This is the best way to get a feeling for the city and decide what sort of other things you want to spend time doing before you spend the money.

We had a Blast at the SWC WITH BRANDON LAKE SUMMER WORSHIP CONCERT TOUR 🙌 ❤️ my gorgeous wife and I was in section 301 R 1 ,2 and the bad thing the seats are so small and people with bad knees that can't bend them all the way is going to hurt ALL NIGHT !!! WE FELT LIKE WE WAS WATCHING WITH GOD HIMSELF BECAUSE WE WAS AT THE TOP !!! 🫣🫣🫣💯🙌🙏🇺🇸

Got different information from three different reps. They don't seem to be properly informed. Bought a consecutive two day Gray line, hop on hop off, ticket only to find out halfway through the first day that they would not be running on the next day(veterans day). How were we supposed to get around to the various attractions which we had tickets for, impossible to do in one day. We would not have purchased the package had we been informed of this fact. When we complained we were told they would let us use it on the Sunday but we were all leaving Sunday morning. After getting really irate we were given one day tickets for old town trolley which would be running on the Saturday but not until after 1 p.m. This was very inconvenient to get validated and also turned out to be totally useless to us. A very expensive...

Two stars for (1) very little useful information beyond the Visitor’s Guide (available elsewhere and does go beyond just ways to get your $) and (2) $8 per 30 minutes to park. It took us the first 30 minutes to set up the parking app, so paid $16 to get to the visitor center and back to the car. The Visitor Center’s mission is clearly to drive business to the vendors. You can book all the expensive tours and venues right at the desk. If you’re looking for the real Nashville beyond getting your Instagram fill at the clubs along Broadway, save the $16. Might try asking Google for categories that interest you, or ask someone on the street who isn’t wearing cutoffs and cowboy boots (those are...
