I went with my mother and sister, and we were so excited to have fun making bracelets. When we got there, no one was there making bracelets, yet they still seated us at the end of the counter with very limited amount of table space to work on. Then, we were immediately taken back by the worker directing us who was very rude. We asked to use gold beads and she said, “nope don’t have them” yet her counterpart replied, “yes we do they are right here” and she mumbled oh well! They refused to let us sit in the assigned chairs but instead pulled up a folding chair and an ottoman and squished us on the side with NO room yet all the nice seats sat vacant…After we finished, they insisted that I place an unwanted charm on my bracelet to promote their company. The worse of all was that the total for three bracelets was $225! That is $75 dollars each for a beaded bracelet you can easily make at home for less than $5. I will never go back, nor encourage anyone to come there. Kendra Scott should have stayed. The only reason I put one star, is because they wouldn’t let...
Read moreFrom a customer service perspective, I will say personally the bead bar experience was not what I was expecting. We made a reservation ahead of time. Got checked in with ease, but the minute we sat down and picked our size, we got no further assistance from there. There was no associate helping us throughout the process of selecting beads, putting together designs, etc. Every time we asked the employees for materials, or help finding letters, it was like we were interrupting them - despite them simply standing there often times. It felt rude, and there was no enthusiasm or willingness to help. I would like to think I was paying for an experience of an expert guiding/helping us, but I was highly disappointed. If you want to purchase a cute bracelet, sure go ahead and do a quick visit to the store, but if you're looking for a proper bead-making experience, I do not recommend.
Edit: The manager of the store did call me the next day to apologize for my experience, and I truly appreciated her acknowledging there could have been things...
Read moreMy friend and I are locals and had been looking forward to visiting this store for months. We booked our appointment two weeks in advance and were excited for a fun, creative afternoon making bracelets together. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed. The staff member assisting us was curt and not very welcoming. When we asked questions, her responses felt dismissive, and it made it hard to enjoy the process. My friend even went with color choices she didn’t like simply because she didn’t feel comfortable speaking up.
We understand it was a busy Saturday, but it was hard not to notice that other customers being helped by different staff seemed to be having a great time. That contrast made our experience feel even more disappointing.
We do love how our bracelets turned out, but the overall vibe left us feeling let down. We really wanted to enjoy this as a special outing and support a local spot, but it’s hard to recommend the experience based on how we...
