Regarding visit 12/3/2022

I was with a party of 6. We waited outside for store to open eagerly to get some gifts to take back home. The short girl with glasses not the tall one but the short one who has an attitude with black straight hair and blonde tips. She opens the store on December 3, 2022 in case the owner would like to know who it was. She open the door, and I greeted her excitedly and told her good morning, and she huffed puffed and went inside and didn’t say a word. I heard her complain the entire time we were there about how her job is to “pick up behind customers all day”. And about the employee that was not there that day that had called in, and apparently calls in every Sunday. The tall one with glasses and hair everywhere in ponytail that day she had gray sweater, was very upset and yelled “don’t touch me” at an elderly woman that was walking behind her and briefly tapped her to notify her she was behind her.

They are attitudes were horrible and extremely sad to hear. They were extremely rude. No one was friendly and apparently everybody is extremely miserable working and just complained there. If anyone is that miserable just find another job and do something that makes you happy. This place left a bad taste in our mouth would not go back and recommend the other gift shop about 100 feet away...

This store had fun items and t-shirts. We were needing to see a shirt that was hanging but no one was on the floor to help us. We used a poll to get the shirt down and a tall Africa girl approached us and said "give me that!" Took it from us and stormed away. We went to check out and I tried to apologize saying I was not aware that I ,could not use the pole to get the tagoet down. She didn't reply. I asked if she heard what I said. She replied yes! She had such a bad attitude and I told her she did. She says "well I don't think I do!" 🤔 she checked us out, gave us the sack and helped the next customer. So i would sugg to buy your gifts from other gift stores that are located on the strip! They have the same stuff a little cheaper and customer service was so mixh better. They were willing to help you in anything you needed. I will never shop here again. If she did t think she had an attitude then she will...

The store was well kept and decently priced. I bought a mug there on a Memorial Day trip, but unfortunately dropped it only a few days after arriving home. Brenda and Brian were happy to help me get a replacement. They were very responsive, even during the busy CMA awards week. My only qualm with this shop was they charged my card without asking me if I was okay with the replacement cost first. I admit, I should not have given my card info without knowing the cost, but I thought nothing of it as they had been so kind and honest with me. Brenda told me they would call me back with the cost estimate, so I figured they would ask before charging me. I only received a text saying that it cost them $$ to send the mug. Thank you for your purchase. I looked, and the cost had already been charged. I didn’t have an issue with the price, thankfully, and the mug arrived in two days, but I still would have liked to...
