This company exemplifies the definition of customer service. Imagine Chick-fil-A and Disney as a small apparel company, you would have the NASH Collection. I placed my order on Monday morning and was immediately was updated with shipping information. On Tuesday, I received an email from the companies CEO thanking me for the order. On Wednesday, my hat was sitting on my desk.
However, receiving my hat quickly was just part of my experience. I took a phone call from an employee this afternoon that blew my mind on their level of customer service. She left me a voicemail explaining the issue and the immediate resolution for correcting the issue. At the end of the message she left her personal contact information to get the problem corrected. I called backed and let her know I had received the correct item, that everything was ok but will help out with whatever I can.
I run my own business and train employees on customer service daily. Having a passion for creating a memorable customer experience is something we strive for everyday. Elise (spelling) and the rest of the NASH collection team did that this week. Yes, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the order. However, it was the immediate call to action to correct the issue for another customer that has truly stood out in my mind.

Read moreLoved the STORE & clothes. STRONGLY disliked the staff. Went in there on September 3rd around 5:15/5:30 ish & there was 2 white girls working. One of them was the WORST person to have in customer service. She was mid height, bleach blonde hair & it was pulled back into a low ponytail & she had the black sweatshirt on that said “Nash” in white. She had a nasty attitude & zero personality. Every time I looked up she was looking at me with a nasty look on her face. I asked for a fitting room for my sister & she proceeded to tell me “2 can’t be in a dressing room at a time” I looked at her to tell her I wasn’t going in the fitting room with my sister I was going to look at something that she tried on & she rolled her eyes at me & walked off. She was the same way when checking out, barely said two words to me, gave me my bag & walked off after ringing me up. I went in there September 4th to buy a poncho due to the rain & she was in there again & had the same nasty attitude & even rolled her eyes at me to another customer & told them to come in front of me because I was asking my sister did she want a poncho before I checked out, so I put the poncho back & walked out. Read moreI want to give a shout out to Chelsea at the Broadway location for her amazing customer service! I purchased a sweatshirt while in Nashville last month, and it had pilled after washing. I called to ask if this was common and she immediately went to research on it, keeping me in the loop the entire time through emails. She offered a refund or replacement; I chose a replacement with a different sweatshirt. Chelsea even found me a comparable size to the original sweatshirt I purchased (the original was over-sized).
