We’ve always picked this sports book over every other one in Las Vegas and stayed mgm so we could be close but we will be looking for a new sports book for our next visit. My husband loves to place sports bets and spends a lot and used to get drink tickets almost every bet. We were informed that there’s no more drink tickets unless you make $500 bets. We had to save our bet receipts till it added up to 500 to go ask for a drink ticket. Felt like Oliver Twist. Embarrassing and ridiculous. The Sportsbook Grill in here is closed even though it says open til 10 pm. Little surprised the resort wouldn’t wave my $25 parking fee (I was there for less than 20 minutes). Seems like a really small price to pay to show someone who’s going to be using the BetMGM app all season they’re appreciated. Certainly not enough to drive me into the arms of their competitors.
