The first appointment went well with Heally and my Semaglutide shipped on time and the first 3 month order was received. The next visit, I switched to Terzepitide and the Dr called 5 hours late. I had to text Heally for 5 hours to get the Dr to call and was never given a reason for the wait - just over and over again they are checking into it. I am still waiting for the full order to arrive. I received a partial order and was charged a 'high dosage charge' multiple times. I can only assume the multiple shipments on this 3 month order was to charge 'high dosage' multiple times. Getting through to Heally is very painful. I send a text, which is the only way to get through, and they send me a reply a few hours to a day later. This will go on and on for days until I finally get a resolution - if I do get a resolution. Sometimes there is no resolution or bad information giving by the time consuming text customer service. Heally service is not for me. I plan to use another service soon - I am not going to waste another day dealing with Heally support or services - its not worth the time and frustration. The doctor called me back and then supplied me with a Physician Certification Form that had a digitally typed signature, which caused the State of Michigan to deny my renewal application. I then had to go back online and chat with Heally rep who contacted doctor and then supplied me with the same form but with a penned signature next to the digital signature, which the State of Michigan again denied saying I needed to submit a new, unaltered, form. Manager, Rob, from Heally called and apologized and saw to it that the problem was rectified. The doctor sent me a correctly signed form, and now all is well. Thank you to all the reps who assisted me and to Rob for getting back to me and handling the problem. I would definitely recommend their services. Changed from 1 star to a 5...

Due to a possible technical error, my video visit was dropped before completed. I used every form of communication to get help as directed on their site.
