The most miserable place I have seen selling in theory this year, and among the most important reasons is the time wasted in this place without right, the employees there deliberately and at the time delaying one customer after another without right, the lack of organization, and also the standard of the shoes that I bought from this place specifically, as they were of a high level of poor quality and poor manufacturing, and the feeling of not being comfortable, and you are wasting your money despite their high price compared to the rest of the other brands that compare to them, they were this time the reason for my misery, An example of the suffering that happened, for example, one of the employees tells you to wait with me, and the second does not respond to you and ignores you as if you are not a customer. I m very fussy about shoes n colors. Wasn't able to get the one I wanted but still Synthia, very sweet fast proactive friendly little lady went back at store to recheck n didn't dind what I was looking for in terms of size 13. But she went ahead n picked up other model my size n that gesture itself was good for me to pick which I probably missed from the shoes on display. Thank you Synthia. Unluckily she wasn't at the check out counter. My only confusion is that the lady before me was offered some membership for points n the guy after me was as well offered. I wasn't offered. My question being how do they decide which tourist will go for it n which customer shouldn't be asked. In any case I shall be buying from here again on next trip n that credit goes to Synthia. Yesterday I went to the store to buy some shoes that I need .. I was with another person and after a minute or 2 that I was in the store a guy asked us to step outside because of the social distancing, I didn't say anything and went outside to wait .. as soon as we go outside another person goes inside and this guy didn't say anything to the person that went in.. i was like wait a minute.. he says to us to wait outside but to this person he doesn't say anything?.. what kind of treatment is that!?.. well I suppose they do what they feel like doing and don't actually have control at the door of whom is going inside... anyways.. I wanted to buy and try the merchandise in the store but the salesperson don't care or do whatever they feel like doing.. keep up disregarding costumers.. ill take my money to...
