Nye Beach — Attraction in Newport

There's untreated water sorce that comes from the town and goes down the entire beach that my kids hated us for not allowing them to play in and I don't really understand why that wouldn't be blocked off or what it is, there's spray paint on the wall next to it that says RAW SEWAGE with skulls all over it and my kids still wanted to play in it, there's lots of better locations and I would definitely not recommend this location unfortunately. Also the sign that tells you not to play in it or you'll get sick isn't big enough without the giant spray painting done by some lovely...

Busy beach, but good fun. Lots to see out to Yaquina Head Lighthouse. The shops around are like small towns, but decent variety....

Love walking this beach with our dogs. Nice parking area and view...
