The Original Mattress Factory — Attraction in North Fayette Township

I just received the good news in the mail this morning...The Court of Pennsylvania awarded me damages in my case against the Original Mattress Factory. I dont think that they thought that Iwould take them to court,,,but i did and I won. Can you believe they had the nerve to even show up in court to defend themselves about how a person should get into bed..yes, how you should get into bed. I was recovering from kidney cancer operation and had to put my knee into the bed and turn over to lay down. They said this is not the way a person should get into bed and puts too much stress on the springs. The other part of their defense was that I had the sheets on the bed too tight...what??? the sheets were too tight?, this was the reason that they were not refunding me my money. Remind you this is the bed system, the one that has the motor that goes up and down, to make it clear to you also,both mattress went bad. Even when you turned in bed you hear squeeking sounds and disturbing popping sounds, I need my sleep and can't have this type of bed. I was looking at the judge during their defense argument about the tight sheets and how to get into bed, and saw a little giggle in his smile....REALLY GETTING INTO BED THE WRONG WAY,,TIGHT SHEETS...?????? Please dont invest your hard earned money into this company, Im on social security and saved for this mattress for a year., $ 3,000.00 . And, I have a bed from Kaufmans that is fifteen years old and the mattress is fantastic, no sounds and as firm as the day I bought it. This mattress out did THE ORIGINALMATTRESS FACTORY. Since Kaufmans is not around anymore, which is sad to say, it was a great store. I'm going to Levins where i should have gone in the first place. THANK YOU TO THE COURT SYSTEM OF PENNSYLVANIA. Remember people just dont COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR BED ...TAKE...

The delivery scheduling was easy, communication about the delivery time was efficient and precise. The delivery crew arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, careful and respectful. Overall a very pleasant purchase and delivery service experience.

Hometown manufactured, best quality in the market, these mattresses last forever (remember to flip and turn them as instructed) and are the most comfortable and durable product I have come across. Nice mattresses, but the salesperson was kind of rude. He seemed offended when I said I was looking for something cheaper. Pretty curt in general, rudely asked if I had anybody to help me carry the mattress (I didn't). Had me try to lift it in front of him, which was embarrassing. I don't know if this was to try to get me to pay the extra $50 for delivery or something. He was much more helpful towards the end (maybe because of the lifting situation) but the whole thing made me feel like I was being dismissed because I'm a young woman. Not a good experience, especially when the company seems to be proud of being better to work with than big chains, customer service, quality, being local, etc. I ended up buying a mattress from Amazon. So much for trying to support...
