Cole Sport — Attraction in Park City

Bazooka's FreeRide shop, at the base of ParkCity, was THE BEST. 1/31/2022 Take my board off at the end of our second day, of 6, riding PC ... and my highback mount is cracked. Vintage setup that has lasted FOREVER and i've been scoping out a new setup for a couple seasons. Step into Bazooka's and meet Jesse ... tell him i want to "demo to buy" .. he says "Perfect" .... we check out 3 boards to demo. My 160 Option SuperCap is a stiff, true twin and i like it ... he suggest the RIDE Bezerker w/the Cartels .. says it'll ride "just like my current board, only with "newer tech". Jesse was dead-on !! Great board, loved it. Hard-charger thru the Colony! Next day, demo-ed the RIDE 158WildLife (Tim set me up) ... alittle shorter, flex-ier, easy to maneuver, great turns !! This board was a BLAST !! Trees, some moguls, fast turns !! Loved it !! Next morning ... grabbed the 158WildLife and some Cartel-X's ... Jesse puts its all together ... drop the $$ .. NEW BOARD !!! Love it! Took it out to Breck all last week, with my GF, and had a BLAST lapping Peak 10, in the nearly foot of fresh POW that dropped mid-week!! Wanna Thank the guys at Bazooka's FreeRide Shop !! Jesse's expertise, Tim with the change-over setups, and Mason the shop Mgr making it all work !!! Can't say enough good things about this shop and these guys...

So the airline damaged my snowboard and it was unridable. I went by multiple shops looking for something high end to rent and after a few strike outs I got pointed towards Bazooka’s! I explain my situation to the team there. They quickly helped me find a Jones swallow tail that was similar to my Dart. They also had Step on Bindings that I had the boots for and I was out the door in about 10 mins and the snow was dumping! I found some pow stashes before everything was chopped up! The team that helped me was incredible! They even made sure my brother in law had the right gear before he went out. Honestly the team made me feel like a local, I felt very at home. If I could give this place a zero I would. Dropped off my board first thing on Friday morning right when they opened. Asked them for a simple wax and I would pick it up later that afternoon or Saturday morning. Check in if it’s done Friday after we get done skiing around 3 PM and it’s not done. Not a big deal. I didn’t need it til first thing Saturday morning. Well I show up this morning around 9 AM and it’s still NOT done! The stoner that took my board and charged me on Friday forgot to do it. Best part was he just laughed. Didn’t even apologize! They ended up waxing it on the spot which held us all up about 30 minutes. If I didn’t pay for it upfront I would have just walked out but I was stuck. Don’t go here. So many other places that offer “on time” service and a lot better...
