You may get injured if you rent from these people. We had boots dropped off and fitted at our condo. My boots seemed ok at first, then they seemed really loose. By the end of the first day I had some bad shin bite. I realized that the grip for the top latch was loose and it could easily rotate and scoot over, making the boot too loose. I brought it into the shop at the main Park City lodge the next morning and the guy there adjusted the boot. But by midday I realized the latch had popped open and couldn't stay closed. From the video you can see that the boot wasn't capable of remaining closed because the plastic part of the boot gets in the way when latched. I decided to call it quits that day since it was our last day. I brought the boots into the shop. My goal wasn't a refund. My goal was to let them know that these boots were defective so nobody else would get injured. Unfortunately I got a very condescending person named Anna who insisted there was nothing wrong with the boot. She suggested that I buy boots instead of renting. What?? Was she admitting that their rentals are no good? Steer clear of...
Read moreThe staff at Ski N See Park City are nothing short of incredible! They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Efficient rentals (even on busy days), free and convenient overnight storage, easy refunds for days not used, and very reasonable prices to begin with. I also loved that their benches had lift-up storage so we could stow our after-ski boots and we didn't have to tromp back and forth to the buses in them (more rental places should have this - a small but thoughtful amenity!) Last (but definitely not least) they went out of their way to ship my 90 year old mom's skis so she wouldn't have to carry them home after she decided she was hanging up her skis after 72 years! Many many thanks to Braxton, Tyler, Casey, Josh, Eva, Brody, and Anna for their friendly and helpful service! I cannot recommend Ski N See Park City enough. If we return to Utah, we will definitely...
Read moreIt was our first trip to Park City and skiing in the area. Through online search, I found Ski N See. I made online reservations for our ski rentals based on their selection, prices and location. When we landed in Salt Lake and got our rental car, it was easy to swing by the downtown store and pick up discounted lift tickets to Park City Mtn Resort and Deer Valley, which saved us over $100 for 3 days of skiing for 2 of us! Once into Park City, we went by the store at PCMR and were met by a very friendly, helpful staff who were very knowledgeable. Tom (assume he was the mgr) was extremely helpful and accommodating, so special thanks to him! All in all, a great experience working with Ski N See and will definitely rent with them again when we return! Don't hesitate to get all your ski or board rentals from Ski N See. And use the online reservations so you get...
