Chase Field Garage — Attraction in Phoenix

I'm beyond happy that everyone had a great experience here. The game was fabulous against the rockies on memorial day however there was a little old man driving around the morning of the game that was quite rude in my opinion. My wife and I parked here at approximately 7 in the morning after traveling from Albuquerque NM for the game. We walked around downtown Phoenix that morning to check some things out and upon getting back to the car inside the garage that I paid $20 for we fell asleep waiting for time to head into the game while our phones charged. I am aware that the homeless population is awful in Phoenix but nothing about my wife or I gives off homeless vibes at all and we were driving a BMW X6 when our window was knocked on and told they are not a camping garage. That little old man watched us play on our phones for a good 45 minutes before waiting on us to accidentally fall asleep and treat in such a manor. Garage was ok. I am a tour guide and took a group to dinner on the field which they bought out the stadium but the security was another story . Me and my colleges that was working the program was screened and on my backpack I have attached to it a small pink spray container for protection in case of attack me being a female and the big lady supervisor insisted I remove it and when I did she took it and kept but . Because I did not want to walk back to the garage unprotected which I did late that night because the other staff were host on the buses so I had to receive them when they arrived at Chase field so had to drive myself .. Since it was just me and my staff and the clients only . There was NO NEED FOR HER TO TAKE MY SPRAY & since it was downtown with a lot of strange & homeless people .. my life could have been in jeopardy .. I think Chase should look into this and purchase me a new one .. There was NO ONE ELSE IN THE STADIUM .. Truly need...

They have lots of attendants to get you in quickly before a game, but afterward there is no one there to help you. I stayed late at the Dbacks game Sunday 8/10/25 to avoid the exiting traffic. When I did get back to my truck around 4:30 pm, the garage was almost empty and I had a huge dent in my tailgate and damage to my back bumper. No note was left, no security or cameras in garage. I spent another hour there filing a report with my insurance company and didn't see a soul. Make sure you have collision coverage if you park here. P.S. I do have a rear dash cam in my truck so I know who hit me, but I'm not going to press charges. They obviously have more on their plate than I do and probably got more damage to their vehicle than I did, after they hit my trailer ball on the back of my truck. Accidents happen my friend.
