First off, know that this is located next to the salt palace entrance, along the street (to the right of the sign art exhibit).There is parking at the Marriott across the street, but you may have to pay. The next parking entrance, just after the Marriott is for the mall and is free, you just go out through the Nordstrom’s after u park and then cross the street. Not a lot of brochures out to look through, but the staff are happy to go over places or activities once you tell them what your interests are. The gentleman working there has traveled and camped all over, he is extremely knowledgeable of places to go and what to expect. Read moreCame in around 2 pm on a Thursday (today) Staff was unprofessional: no acknowledgement when we entered but they greeted the people after us and ignored the group that came in after them, only one person working the register even though there were 3 employees, we had to ask for a receipt… nothing majorly rude but the staff made it clear they did not care to help. Gave two stars because they carry cute merchandise and the lady (dark hair) working the register was polite and I overheard her be helpful to someone else.
