lululemon — Local services in Salt Lake City

Sometimes I wonder why I continue to shop at Lululemon. I stopped in to exchange some pants I'd bought, unworn, with the receipt, and within the appropriate exchange period. I'd removed the tags when I thought I was going to wear them but they just weren't right. The first person I spoke to was great, said she understood, and had me go look around. The person who rung me up, though, made a big point of saying she'll make an exception this time but that I really can't do that again. Like I have some sort of wear and return racket going on (when everyone who's ever seen a movie knows if you're going to do that, you just hide the tags). I ended up buying two things instead of one so they actually made more money off of me, which is why service and flexibility should be encouraged.

I probably wouldn't have gone to the trouble of submitting a review, except this isn't the first time I've run into this kind of service here. But I guess this is to be expected from a company who calls their employees "educators" instead of service professionals. You end up getting scolded after paying $130 for a pair...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I somehow for the life of me can't remember the name of the gal who helped us (a blonde girl with a longer bob style haircut) but she was aaaaamazing! We walked in and were almost immediately greeted by her once we got to the leggings section where she was very attentive in finding me a legging that most fit my needs! I just had a baby not too long ago and are due for another one and she completely accommodated to my situation and was so so helpful! Our next go around I will most definitely look for her! The product is pricey, yes, but you get what you pay for. There are styles, colors, and sizes to fit anyone's needs and/or activities. Went in because the two ABC pants I purchased five months prior started to come undone around the seams. Three weeks later, two botched hemmings and receiving the wrong items I decided to return them. For the price of the products at Lululemon the quality sure doesn’t add up, not to mention the special washing instructions and awful smell they get after wearing them for a few hours around the office. I’ve tried everything to get rid of the smell but it is now just part of the fabric. I will admit these are the most comfy pants I’ve ever worn but there is a serious quality concern that Lululemon is not addressing when it comes to their men’s product lineup.
