Staples — Attraction in Somerville

I practically live at Staples in Somerville due to an enormous amount of work I'm involved in. I would like to say that the manager at the print center, Henry, is exceptionally professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. There's not a time when he has refused to help me and goes above and beyond the call of duty to see that my store experience goes smoothly and I'm able to complete my tasks efficiently and effectively. He introduced me to the rewards points and showed me how to accrue them and made it a fun game for me actually for some time. I've said the significant amount of money thanks to him. I must also commend the staff on the floor who are always there to assist and actually show me exactly what I'm looking for if I can't find it. Basically I would say that I have never encountered unprofessional staff at this store and you should be quite proud of your employees. It is apparent that they are quite knowledgeable and well-trained. I wish to thank them all for their help...

if I could give no stars, I’d give no stars, but a review needs to be made every single time I come into the store to do a DoorDash. I ask a question on where a certain things would be if I’ve already went to go look for it you get what I’m saying so I go ask the boss the manager on duty he says that ain’t my job you work for DoorDash I work for Staples. Figure it out yourself, I am a customer anybody that comes to the store to do DoorDash I’m trying to avoid this store at all Everyone in the store is very unhelpful very rude. I went to Staples yesterday for a work printer. I had picked one thinking it would be a good fit and Deanna helped me pick out a better one. She was so knowledgeable and knew what my needs were. She gave me a quick run down of what I needed in order to get it set up and set expectations on how long it would take. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She even enlisted in another employee to help carry my items out and he did it with a smile and he was respectful and professional. Great Staples.
