Very friendly staff. If you get the consultation package for me at least it was less of a consultation and more of a brow cleanup and tint. After i got to the car i realized that i was not the biggest fan of my brows and she was happy to redo them and wax them again to be a little thinner. Overall happy with my experience. But i do think if you get the consultation it should be more of “this would look best with you face shape, how do we feel about doing this?” . I also did not get any tips on how to keep up with my brows and how long it will be until i need to come in next. I have been coming to this place for almost a year now, and I can confidently say that it deserves a 5-star rating! I have had many waxing experiences, but this one is by far the best. I always see Sabrina, and she is hands down the best. Her skills are exceptional, and she is very quick. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. Consistently makes sure you are comfortable throughout your experience. The environment is always clean and sanitary, which makes me feel safe and secure. Savanna provides absolutely amazing care, and the conversation is just as great. Her cheerful, positive personality will leave you in a better mood than when you walked in. This experience was as painless for me as waxing can possibly get. She also finished in less time than normal, so if you want a fast (and super gentle) waxing experience, she’s definitely your person!
