My husband had traveled to Utah for business & on his off-time went walking around & spotted the Tribal Arts store in Zion. He found a bracelet for me, but wanted me to see it first before he bought it. The next time he went to Utah, I joined him. Loved loved the bracelet & spent just around $500. Had it for about 1 week & the center stone fell out. My husband called the store & was told to mail it back; but knew he would be traveling again to Utah, so said he would bring it in. I joined him and the lady said she would need to send it back to the artist to repair. When asked how long it would take, she said she didnt know & could not give us any indication...days..months..years??? Nothing! I would have been ok with 2 weeks to a month..but she said the artist works on his own time & could not be rushed! WHAT??!! Needless to say, since we could not get an eta, we returned the bracelet & got our $$$ back. Will take our business elsewhere..this store is...
