We like the Best Western hotels. They are usually clean, offer good service & breakfasts, and are comfortable for one or more nights. This Best Western was all that and more. Neil, who checked us in, was pleasant and efficient. He provided a map of town, with a map of the hotel on the other side. He recommended restaurants, since we checked in around 6:30, and we were hungry.

Every staff member with whom we encountered was like Neil - pleasant and helpful. When we put up our PRIVACY sign on the door, Mary, our housekeeper, left a basket of essentials that we might need: clean towels, washcloths, lotion and soap. We liked the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers on the wall of the shower. The bathroom was a perfect size and everything was in perfect working order.

We had a microwave in the room as well as a small fridge with freezer. Both were needed - one to heat up frozen meals & to heat up a heat wrap and one to keep waters cool & freezer bag frozen. We had two flat screen TVs - one to watch curled up on the sofa & one to watch snuggled up in bed. That bed was SO comfortable! Everything in the room was appreciated and used.

Our room had an amazing view of Zion's mountains from inside or on our terrace. Unfortunately it was cloudy both nights. No star gazing. It was also too cold to enjoy the hot tub. And it rained continuously Thursday night to Friday morning. We did not need the fitness room. We got our exercise in Zion National Park - a short shuttle or car ride away.

Our only complaint was having to walk from our building to the main building for breakfast. It wasn't a long walk, but it was cold both mornings, and rainy the second morning. The breakfast was worth the walk in the cold and rain: eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruits, juices, and so much more. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. Both mornings provided us with rest breakfasts to start our days.

This was an amazing place to spend two nights. We are so glad we...

Splurge hotel without the splurge price!!!

I knew the Zion area was beautiful, but I was very pleasantly thrilled with our choice to stay at the Best Western Plus in Zion, I highly, highly recommend!

The hotel is nestled with beautiful mountains on both sides, we had a balcony overlooking the pool with mountain in the distance. Not sure if there any any bad view rooms....

We used the hot tub and it was clean, very warm and relaxing.

Breakfast was good, enough variety to please most.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and even kept an updated list of local restaurants - the type of food, operating hours and location, on addition to other places and services in town. Donny checked us in and was very professional and helpful. And thank you to his colleague who updates the list, sorry we didn't meet her and I don't recall her name.

I found the hotel quiet, could be that there are several small buildings, housing the guest rooms. Our room was great, clean, comfy, well stocked and great water pressure.

The only little thing I noted was there were no flat ramp type entrances into the small buildings where the rooms were from the parking lot, meaning we had it lift our suitcases up a few stairs. If you have the ramp type areas, my apologies, I didn't see any.

Thanks for making our too short...

Wow, this is an excellent place to stay in Springdale. It's very convenient to the Zion park entrance, and it has gorgeous views all around. There was no traffic noise and it gave us a quiet and peaceful stay. We requested the second floor to be sure we didn't have noise above us, but even without that special accommodation felt like it was a good option for a quiet retreat the week before a holiday. There are separate buildings on the property, which helps keep noise down. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The beds were very comfortable with a selection of different pillow types. The room was clean and had updated, modern finishes. It's easily walkable to some good restaurants and a nice market called Hoodoo's General Store. There are COVID restrictions in place, but we thought the hotel did a good job providing breakfast options in a safe manner. They had a variety of individually packaged cereals and milk, individually wrapped bagels and spreads, fruits, muffins, etc. We have been to some hotels that simply provide a bag with a granola bar and fruit, so this was a nice solution to have selections. The hotel and location are beautiful and peaceful - we would definitely stay here again!
